   Poor service and very disorganized with their reservation system. We arrived for a 7:15pm reservation and we can barely checked in. They have multiple hostesses in the front trying to figure out where to seat people. I had to say “excuse me” to get their attention just to check in. Just to find out we had to wait. Well we waited for more than 30 min to be seated. My husband and were not the only ones waiting. After checking in, we found a table at the bar. A nice couple let us have it after they left. Rocky (or Rocco?) was tending to us and he was very kind giving us bread and making sure we were ok. Drinks were delicious so compliments to the bartenders! Other than that, service was lacking with the front and there’s just way too many people. Seating was just so crowded compared to the Irvine location. We were seated in the back so we were getting bumped into. The meats didn’t come to us a lot as well. Our waiter, Benny, nice guy was too busy but made sure we had our waters and drinks filled. Anyway, I don’t think we will be back to this location.

   First of, the only good thing I would say was the valet parking, didn’t rate the food because we didn’t even get a taste of it, made a reservation for 6:30pm, upon arrival we were told that we have 6 parties in front of us waiting for their tables. We weren’t the only ones, there were two more parties with the same 6:30pm reservation and were told the same thing.

   Horrible service, took over 20 mins and asking two employees for us to get drink refills. Same thing when we requested some lamb, took over an hour and asking twice to have some brought to us. The tables are so close together that it makes navigating to the salad bar difficult without bumping into other dinners. The waiters serving the meat must be a horrible job because none of them were friendly.

   Cons-They do not have a foyer/lobby area. Within 5 minutes of my arrival there were 15 people standing in a 6 x 8 space. They will not seat you until your entire party has arrived. It took awhile for our drinks to arrive and longer for the second round. We had to flag down our sever three times for more bread, plantains and polenta. It’s an open floor plan so it’s very loud. Pros- the selection of buffet items was excellent. The meat carvers came around frequently. The steak, pork chops and chicken were delicious. The decor is modern and stylish. It’s costly. Party of three drinks, dessert and tip $403.00. We overall had a great experience.

   Bad experience here. Extremely short on staffs!won’t come back again! Asked twice for hot dishes but never come. Asked several times for bottle of water, a random server finally brought us, but didn’t add to my check. We wait desert more than 30 mins. Lots of people is waiting to be seated, I felt bad I wish I never ordered deserts!

    Food was great! Service was nice. But the hostess was sooooo busy. She came over and apologized and offered a free desert.
