   Felt like the service and the food is based on the name/reputation. It was nothing special, good food, but not worth the hype. Service was also lazy. For a 630 reservation, we were not seated until 648! So much for making a reservation!

   Started off bad when they made us wait 1/2 hour after our reservation to seat us. Then 5 adults got crammed into a 4 person table that was half of a booth and expected 3 adults to sit in the booth side that barely fit 2 comfortably. They told us more waiting if we wanted a 5 person table which is what I reserved! Then we saw our waitress once. That's it. To get the food to come to our table we had to wave them over or they would just skip us. The table next to us were telling us they were annoyed also for same reason. They only offered 2 meats until we paid the bill then asked if we wanted filet, ribs and something else. Why not offer that while we were eating! First time there is definitely the last. We almost left to eat at Cheesecake Factory because we waited so long to get seated then were basically ignored! With others also complaining not a great look

   Waiter could come around more often; we weren’t asked if we wanted more drinks/water. I ordered the lamb and twice the beef came to two other people I was with, and I had to ask for the lamb to be brought to the table. Large groups all around due to the holiday so noise level was extremely high. Salad bar was fabulous.

   The food was mediocre and the service was terrible. Our server only brought us 3 tongs for 6 guests, did not bring any of the sides or sauces until requested and never checked up on the table until the buss crew cleared the tables. This was truly a dismal service especially since I was celebrating my birthday with my family.

   Too many people for the space not enough servers they ignore us almost the all night the meats that they serve we only got half the choices never came back to see if we wanted more to drink and never received the drink we ordered and we had to flag her down so we could pay and leave!!!!!!

   I had made a reservation a month in advance for 7:15. We weren’t seated until almost 8:15. Anyone can take a reservation. You’ve got to HOLD the reservation.

   Food was great but it seemed like they were overbooked, disorganized and the host/staff managing the front appeared to be in over their heads and unable to manage the situation. There had to be 30+ people waiting to be seated and there’s not space for that, so most of us were awkwardly hovering by tables of people dining. Our reservation was for 6pm. We got there at 5:45 and didn’t sit until closer to 6:30, although we were told our table was next multiple times before they sat other parties. Our waiter was very attentive and gave us a free dessert to help make up for the wait, which was very nice.

    Once you choose the “roaming meat” option (forgot what they call it) we struggled to get refills/more drinks or sides or clean plates without finding someone to ask. Our table was set up so close to the ones next to us that the people on the inside had trouble even getting food b/c the servers couldn’t squeeze in. Food was fine, not outstanding. Definitely not worth the money in our experience.
