   This was our third time visiting Fogo de Chao in Bridgewater NJ. The first couple of times everything was fantastic, service, noise level and of corse the food. Tis time however thye service really fell short. Eating at Fogo de Chao is by no means a inexpensive night out and as such good service should be a hall mark of a high end restaurant. You can chalk it up to a very busy Saturday night around the holidays or try and blow off poor service as a one off but that doesn't change the fact we had to ask for our drinks long after they were ordered, the roving meat servers seamed sort of missing in action and the number of promised cuts never added up. What we did have was fantastic and everyone should try the expierience at least once but maybe not on a Saturday night around the holidays. One last tip, maybe you should deal with the floor managers instead of the table waiters. They seemed to know how to get things done.

   Disappointed! Went with friends for a post Christmas dinner and we were all disappointed. Seating accommodations for the children were great - they offered slings for the baby carriers & booster seats for the toddlers. We really enjoyed the chicken salad from the salad bar and the cheese bread. Other than that it was quite disappointing. The service was sub par because we waited for a while for our drinks, our table was missing a tablecloth, the meat (especially the picanha) was over cooked, service overall was very slow, and for $71 per person it just wasn’t worth it. We left saying we’d never go back.

   Restaurant is beautiful but lots of kinks in service and food. Will go back again to see if it improves next time.

   The food was great, the staff coming out with the cuts of meat were great but we didn’t have a waiter after her initial introduction. We were a table of 5 and she also was the waiter for a table of about 11 other guest and they got all her attention. We had to call over the manager and other staff if we needed anything refills the dessert menu anything. However we enjoyed our Christmas dinner there and despite the lack of attention we would still recommend it.

   We had dinner here on Christmas and it was excellent. The food and service was all very good on a very busy night. Additionally, despite there not being an open table in the place we were not jammed up against and another table. The “all day happy hour” made cocktails and wine very reasonable and the reduced fee for the kids meal was a pleasant surprise. Everyone enjoyed all the food. We were constantly being served and the manager stopped by our table to check in twice. I would have been impressed even if hadn’t been a major holiday but add that element in and I am quite blown away.

   Had 6:45pm reservations. Never got seated. Short staff and dirty tables. Not enough staff to maintain service. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

    We were seated over 30 minutes late for our reservation. Service was a bit slow as there was a big party taking up all of the attention. Previous experience was better. Very expensive.
