The service was not great, we waited a very long time for drinks (20 min) and then there really never was much service and we always felt like we waited a while when we needed something. We asked for a dessert menu and didn’t get it for 25 min then asked a server for one and then no one came to get the order until we flagged down the manager. We explained our situation and she took care of our desserts which was very nice and appreciated. At this point we were kind of over the issues since Ashley the manager had recovered with the desserts but we go the bill and one of our drinks are rung in at the wrong price. I rarely ever complain and don’t want to come over at all like a Karen so we didn’t say anything about the drink but the fact that our bill was incorrect after everything left a sour taste in our mouth.

Great selection of grilled meats and an eclectic choice of grilled vegetables and different fruits at the salad bar.

Disappointing to say the least. I think the servers try hard and are friendly. Training, systems and management are absolutely in doubt. There was 6 of us at the table. They brought 4 of the cheese rolls, 3 corn sticks, 3 fried plantains and a small ( half plate and congealed) order of mashed potatoes. Never said what anything was and we had to ask for an explanation. We looked at each other like can they count. I thought they would bring more but nope. We had to ask. Server never asked us if we wanted drink refills. As for the meats we had the Best of Brazil special which doesn’t include “premium” cuts but it seemed like there was no choice. They brought out tiny chicken legs and the fried cheese lime 5 or 6 times. Picanha had to be requested. We were there over an hour and a lamb chop showed up and I kids you not we were wrapping up after almost 2 hours and woman came around with sausage!! The food was ok. The bill with tax and tip was $70. Nothing about the meal was a $70 meal. Not the food, not the service, nothing. Everyone seemed young and I have to say poorly trained.

We have been to this Fogo several times. I was just at the one in Wayne the week earlier, and we like to tour through all of the Fogos in the NY/NJ/PA area. Most of the time it is a good experience. This time it was not as good as the others though. The hostess had us seated in a far corner in the back. We would have been fine with that, but our waiter was a young kid who was not very good at his job. After taking our drink order we did not really see him. It took forever to get our drinks and a water refill, and I do not think we were alone in that. The meat guys were good and responsive, which is the normal service we expect. The food was excellent as always. Another waiter ended up helping us out later, making sure we got what we needed. So other than the first young waiter, it was a good experience.

I booked a reservation for my anniversary with my boyfriend. I was excited to try a new Brazilian steakhouse because we love the food! Our reservation was at 7:45pm on a Saturday and when we walked in there was a crowd near the host. From the first few minutes inside, I got the impression the staff were completely disorganized. We were sat a few minutes later, and the floor was messy and dirty by our table. The whole experience was chaotic and extremely disorganized, particularly the servers. The meat service was great, but it took over 30 minutes to get my pineapple lemonade and I couldn’t figure out which server was responsible, because there was two helping us. The food was very tasty but I don’t think I’d return because of the major flaws in the wait staff.

Excellent! Only downfall is the bathroom situation. Both men and women bathrooms are situated in one hallway….it’s mixed in together and you could be waiting in line with a man for a next vacancy room. I find it very inappropriate.

They did not have the drink I wanted. I’ve been to the other fogo de chao and feel as if king of Prussia was a lot better. But the service was not to bad. Overall it was ok

We were so blown away by the team work from the staff and food. We can't complement the amazing food enough every bite was delicious and so well prepared. The pork belly alone is enough to bring us back as soon as possible. The cocktails were 100% consistent every time even with a special request. Our server Ashley was so informative, attentive, and of great service. The support service we received from Leticia and Jessica was unbelievably friendly, professional yet welcoming. Also we absolutely enjoyed the manager Steven he was beyond hospitable and also attentive which is very rare for managers. The ENTIRE staff we interacted with made my wife's birthday and our dinner unforgettable. Ashley Jessica Leticia and Steven (as well as the gentleman who first brought us the pork belly, I wish I got his name) are all ASSETS are ought to be treated as such. As former service industry, with over 20 years combined between my wife and myself, we were so taken back by the beyond incredible service and we are so grateful for our experience this evening. Thank you again to tonight's team we will be back for the great service and great food (especially the pork belly). The food and service were exceptionally amazing and consistent all evening and we will be back.
