   I was very disappointed in this new location in Cypress. Waitstaff was personable and tried to be accommodating. Unfortunately, since we were not sitting in the main dining area, the meat hardly ever came to our table, we were seated on the side. We had empty plates most of the time and had to keep asking our server to send over some meat. When it finally came, it was "chicken". Really? for the money, it just wasn't worth it! I'll be eating at the Westheimer location or Gauchos do Sol, where the meat actually makes it to my table without asking!

   Table was pretty much being ignore. Only carvers came over were ones having the last piece to finish there stick. Waiter didnt bother to come check on table. Had to sit awkwardly until fed up and call for the manager then left. Service is absolutely horrendous.

   First off, we were sat at the table and waited 15 minutes before I asked if we had a server. Then he finally came over and spoke so quietly we could hear him. Then it took forever to receive our drinks. The “meat carvers” continuously passed our table up even with the “green” yes please showing. I had to go to the bar to get another drink and water. Then had to wait forever to get our check at the end. The food was so bland that I had to salt everything. It was just horrible from the beginning. Never going back to that one in cypress

   Worst dining experience ever! I have been to other Fogo de Chaos before. They are not all created equal. This one is in Cypress and very close to me. I was excited when it opened. We were there for an hour and a half and except for the salad bar, we struggled to get any food. We saw what looked like delicious meats, but even after asking two workers twice for them to send meat over, it never happened. The few things we did try were over cooked. I had two small pieces of lamb and beef that were amazing but they didn’t come back to our table. Those green/red flip cards that were on the table were completely ignored by everyone working. People with meat stopped at the two tables on both sides of us but then turned away from our table. It was unbelievable how bad the service was. I was celebrating my birthday, but wasn’t even wished happy birthday even though I had put on the reservation that it was my birthday and used a birthday reward. I won’t return to the Cypress location. I’ll drive 45 minutes to go to their restaurant on Westheimer. Trust me, skip this restaurant - you will be happier any place else.

   the service was great; however, the food was not. the meat they brought out were all medium to well done. the sides were old and stale. the polenta was hard as a rock, mashed potatoes were dry, the bread was stale and bananas were dry. it’s like they served the leftovers from lunch that may have been sitting out all day. this location just opened a few months ago and hopefully, they will improve.

   The host at the door was extremely slow and disorganized. Then when the meat was being served our table got skipped soooo many times. Our server never showed up during the 90 minutes we spent there and then had to go and ask someone to bring the check and then after waiting forever we had to go and ask someone to take our money. This place is grossly mismanaged. Also there is not enough space and everyone is really crammed, especially at rhe salad bar area. It’s a shame, because this is a new location but we would not be going there again.

    The Cypress Fogo De Chao is beautiful. We were seated quickly and enjoyed an amazing dinner. Our only issue with our dinner is that the meat servers were far and few in our area. We could see them moving in the main area but would come sparingly through our area. I also think that maybe they would go starting in the center dining area and never make it to us and would not course correct to cover the missed areas. We did see the common cuts but never saw a cut of lamb or pork until the very last round.
