   Overall experience was fantastic. There was a little hiccup when one of the servers accidentally took our sign that indicated what entrée we were having, and the servers kept walking by us without serving my husband any of the entrée that he selected. However, once we brought it to their attention, they fixed it, and they began to serve him endless supplies of meat for the rest of the night. Food and ambience was fantastic.

   The "salad bar" is a meal in itself, so be selective because the variety of meats is extensive and never stops. The wait staff is attentive and makes sure that your plate is never empty. I just wish it was a little quieter to make conversation easier.

   What a wonderful experience sharing for my son’s 31st birthday. While I stopped at 4 meats? He actually challenged himself for all 12 meats and seconds on 4 of the meats’

   We tend to go to the one in Beverley Hills but decided to come to this one to experience something new. We were a party of 8 so we sat on the corner which was nice since it was on the busy side. We were upsold on the full experience and we were excited to try the premium meats. The line was insane to get the cold food which is fine since it was on the busy side, but what was sad is that there wasn’t any organization. No clear signs of where we get our plates, people were trampling over each other majority of things were empty or dirty. Took an extremely long time to get food (not bc it was busy) but everyone was confused as to where to start, people were bumping against the people that were sitting by the plates. We then are excited to get meats but only sausage would come, at most we only got 2 premium meats to try!! That’s so crazy! When we asked for big pieces or for double but they wouldn’t comply! Not all of our table could get some since by the time they would come to us they barely had anything. They would promise to come but they WOULD NEVER COME BACK! Our server was no where to be found, no help, we just sat and waited for the experience that we were promised. We got fountain drinks, wine, and beer, and even dessert (basically we wanted the experience, didn’t mind the paying the price for it). Sadly we didn’t get the full experience! We ended up paying for $600… for basic meats, with bad service. This place left me desiring more… I’m sadden because I this place ruined it so bad for us, that we won’t even be going to the Beverly one. This is just a “fancy buffet” I would stay away.    Made a reservation and was seated on time however, service was lacking as we waited for at least 15 minutes for them to go back and offer meat. We asked our waitress twice that we were not served and we also asked her that we wanted to try a couple of things. Waitress also did not follow through on her word that she will be back with a complimentary dessert as we were celebrating something. Waitress name is Fabi.

   So the waiter at our table was not attenuative at all. i couldn't remember his name but we were sitting in the lounge area from 6:00-8:00PM on Saturday. It took him forever to get our drinks and we had to constantly remind him.

    Very nice atmosphere. Excellent selection of choices that you get anywhere, plus several more than normal. Pricey but worth every penny!
