   Restaurant is chaos. What’s the point of making a reservation if you just going to have me wait 30 mins with everyone else that had a reservation at the same time. Very disorganized and annoying front of house… at least be honest and say “we are behind and it’s going to be a 30 min wait!”.

   This establishment was expected to offer a wonderful Brazilian dining experience, but in reality, featured food that had been sitting out all day and appeared unappealing. The meats we were served were either undercooked or overcooked, and the waitstaff did not exhibit professionalism. They did not clean our table and we had to request their attention multiple times. Additionally, the coffee was cold and undrinkable. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I will not return.

   Unfortunately it fell short of my expectations I ordered the FULL CHURRASCO* 71/person The experience that made Fogo famous. In addition to all of the Best of Brazil Cuts, receive continuous tableside service of premium steakhouse classics — Bone-in Ribeye, Filet, Lamb Chops, and more. I had to ask for medium-rare lamb chops three times before they finally brought them. Most of the meats they served were overcooked and dry, so I had to keep requesting rarer cuts. They never brought me any bone-in ribeye or filet, which made me question whether the full churrasco was worth it. On top of that, a child was screaming in the dining area the entire time, making it far from a peaceful dining experience.

   There were many attendants but no waiter specifically assigned to our table. Our steak was delivered and became cold before the side dishes arrived. We let an attendant know we are unhappy and while the person apologized and took responsibility for letting a manager know, NO manager bothered to speak with us. I would have liked to let the manager know that the drink server, attending to the table adjacent to us, had her bottom at my table level as she shook her drinks and her hair was waving over my food. That is disgusting. I still wonder if she found mashed potato in her long red hair. Unsanitary. Insulting. Unacceptable. I am aware of the tight space between tables; She seemingly had no awareness of her behavior and hair affecting my party. The menu is odd having no listing for some items I saw on other tables. We had to ask for cutlery, side plates. The idiom “too many cooks spoil the broth” applies here.

   Our Friday night date night was relaxing at Fogo de Chao. Our server Diego made the night as he was very attentive and on top of everything. The only negative of the night was the lack of refilling the market table. We had to wait along time for them to restock. It was our first time experiencing that problem.when we go back, we want Diego as our server.

   The servers and the manager were very attentive. They cook the meat the way you like it. Everything was excellent. They came around often to see if we wanted anything else. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

    You can’t go wrong with this all inclusive meal. The Best of Brazil for 54 dollars is well worth it and a good intro for those not wishing to spend 71 on the full experience. We do wish the Whole Branzino was available for 2 with the market table, would have preferred to the meat
