   The food was fantastic! But It was really busy when we got there, which we understood, but I didn’t see the point in a reservation if it’s going to take 45 min after you check in to be seated. It took 30 min to get our drinks and when we asked about them we told it can take about 15-20min and once they finally arrived, I didn’t get the wine I ordered. I didn’t see the sever for awhile after that, all in all it took about an hour for me to get my wine, by that time I was already done with dinner… we will maybe plan to go for lunch next time if we go back, as for dinner never again.

   My husband and I went there to celebrate my birthday. We made reservations. Initially, seated in cold area of the restaurant. Moved to another area. Waitress greeted and asked if we wanted water and we said yes. Came back to table and asked if we were going to do the all-you-can eat. We said my husband would and I would not and ordered salmon. Picked up one food order circle. Never brought back water. First waitress disappeared — never checked on us. After about 25 minutes, the first meat order came and my husband got a piece. About 15 minutes later the sides came. My husband continued to receive meat . Waitress never came back to check o us. Asked table cleanup waiter for water. About 15 minutes after that bread delivered to table after we finished sides. Still never received my order of salmon. Finished eating salad bar foods and ready to leave. Caught a waitress and told her we never got my salmon. No apologies just asked if we wanted to talk to manager. Manager came about 10 minutes later and said that the kitchen never had an order in kitchen. Manager offered to comp meal and apologized. When we were about to leave, the initial waitress came over and said “you’re leaving?” Your salmon is being prepared in the kitchen.” We said we’re done now. She tried to appease by offered cheesecake to go. This was a very memorable dinner for all the wrong reasons. I am not happy at all with the service.

   Hostess and managers Everyone so attentive to us at all times! Server and meat servers so kind and food was excellent! Love the salad bar and even a vegetarian can eat plenty with just that! Will be back and thanks

   I arrived for my reservation at 8:45 waited 30 minutes and left since I was waiting and waiting. Would not recommend coming here as they prioritize walk ins over reservations it seems. Will not be coming back. Drove to the Tyson’s location and when was actually seated upon arrival there. 0/2 at this location.
