   Grear selection of meats. If not done to your "wellness" they will cook longer to satisfy you. Drinks excellent. Servers excellent and attemtive.

   UPDATE 1/24/25 - Thank you for your response to my initial review. As of today, nearly a month after I first reached out, I have yet to receive any follow-up or communication from your team, despite being advised to contact you directly. It's disappointing to see such a lack of care and follow-through. At this point, it feels as though customer feedback and concerns are simply not a priority for your business. - I had an amazing experience here the first time, which is why I was excited to return. Unfortunately, this visit did not live up to expectations. The service was noticeably slow – we had to wait quite a while before anyone came to take our drink order, and even longer for the food service to start. On top of that, we weren't offered the same sides we received during our first visit, which was a bit surprising. Salad bar was fully stocked and great options there. When the food did arrive, the quality was underwhelming. No chicken option at all, the meat cuts were cold, and in some cases, almost raw. Given how fantastic everything was the first time, we were really let down by this. We ended up leaving feeling disappointed and wondering if the restaurant had changed its standards or if it was just an off night. Hopefully, this was just a one-time issue, but based on this visit, but for an almost $200 bill, I’m not sure if I’ll be coming back again.

   I made a reservation and still had to wait an hour. The first person that greeted us at our table asked if we’d dined there before, we said no and she still did not stay to explain so we felt lost. I stopped another person to see if I could get some additional info about food options because I read online there was seafood available…when I asked about seafood he said it was available but would be an additional charge. When I said that was fine, he just stood there looking at me. So I asked how do I order it? With the people serving the meats or??? Sensing the staff was in a hurry or preoccupied, I asked for a menu and He replied “it’s not that complicated.” From there I was put off for the rest of the night. The salad bar looked trashed, the meats were just ok. I don’t see what the hype is over this place. For the money I paid, I could have went to a very nice restaurant with far better options and much better service. I will never return to this restaurant.

   Came back to give Fogo another try after a previous poor experience. Our reservation was seated over 50 minuets after our time. Server came to the table after nearly 10 minuets wait and me asking the host for service. I asked 8 times to various people to try the filet, and only past an hour into service did we get to try their filet. One drink took over 15 minuets to be delivered. Server was kind but that’s best thing about our visit. Just overall poor experience and really takes away the time we wanted to enjoy out.

   We came here for christmas dinner and was not impressed. Even though we had a reservation, the wait was still over an hour. they didn't have at least 3 types of meat and we witnessed multiple groups complaining and leaving due to the wait, the sub par service, and the wait even after seated. We weren't given proper utensils, drinks, etc

   Had a 6:45 reservation. Arrived at 6:40. Didn’t get seated till 8:00 pm and not before I had gone to the stand to complain a couple times. I had kids with me and had to keep assuring them we will eat soon to keep them calm. This is the second time this has happened, albeit the first time was at the Legacy West location. Once seated, ordered drinks and literally didn’t get three of our four drinks for an hour, no exageration. One was a strawberry lemonade. On the plus side, the managers were apologetic and magnanimous, even offering us gift cards for use on future visits. It was we could do to keep everyone in good spirits, recognizing that it was Christmas Day after all and these folks were doing the best they could under the circumstances. I write only to let the establishment know this happened and suggest it reevaluate its reservation system so folks don’t make reservations and still have to show up and wait for over an hour.

   Was very excited to eat here for a family Christmas dinner. When we arrived to check in for our 6:30 reservation they informed me that they were running an hour behind for reservations!! Very poor management on their part. Once we finally got seated after the host told us twice that there was only two people I front of us, it took forever in between for the meats to come by our table. Overall could have just been a better experience but they were definitely not prepared well.

    The only reason I gave four stars is that we made a reservation then had to wait 45 minutes. I understand a busy holiday but I felt like having a reservation didn’t really matter
