   This occasion was perfect, the manager was too kind and Leslie attended us and was very cordial. We went to celebrate my father's wife's birthday and everything was perfect.

   My experience at Fogo de Chão - Paramus was fantastic! The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, with perfectly cooked meats and a fresh salad bar. The drinks were well-prepared, and the table setup was comfortable and elegant. Overall, a great place for a memorable meal I’ll definitely be back!

   We were there last night and the meat was very fatty and they didn’t come to the table enough. They brought flank steak out once which was good but everything else was below average. Been there a fee times before but this time was not enjoyable. Especially for $71 per person. Save your money and go to Capital Grill for good steak.

   The wait staff was very friendly and the food was outstanding. However, twice I was asked if I would like any specific meat and they never came back with what I wanted.

   Waiters were inattentive. The entire family ordered the supreme experience and we had to ask over 12times for the select meats to be brought out

    I’ve been coming to the Paramus location for some time (far superior to the NYC location)—dinner, brunch, you name it—and it’s always reliably great. The staff is genuinely nice (not just ‘polite’) and pays attention without hovering. Their rodeo option is a must and I love that they ask if you have a preference for meats. Most of the time, it’s perfect but if you get a fattier piece? Just ask and they’ll swap it, no fuss. The buffet is shockingly good—fresh, well-stocked, and actually has options for kids beyond sad chicken tenders (parent win). But brunch is their secret weapon. The make-your-own omelet station is a classic, and the short rib home fries? Unreal. And the bacon… honey caramelized, a hint of spice and a perfect crunch. Don’t forget to end with the fried cheese drizzled in honey.
