   The waitress serve lukewarm water. She asked if we prefer to have lemon on it but didn’t serve lemon. When they served the lemon, it was just placed in a sauce plate. If you dine in a decent restaurant, they will remove the old glass of lukewarm water and bring in a fresh ice cold water. I requested for ice eater, she did the same, didn’t remove the lukewarm water but instead bring in ice. I was even the one who mix the old water with the ice. There was no grilled cheese, stated they didn’t make any.

   We made a reservation and had to wait at an awkward waiting spot with no seating, people walking between us. When we got seated our service was slow we repeated orders multiple times and it was noisy

   I had to repeatedly ask for water for our table. The food was good. The salad bar was not as large as others of the same venue. I still left a 20% tip for the meat servers were awesome. This to me is the second best in the area. They did have a better dessert menu. Well that is all for now. Namaste' 🙏

   I don’t leave comments very often but felt it was time. I’ve been to Fogo three times I believe since it opened. I know it takes time for restaurants that open to get up and moving correctly but it’s been a few months now and they just can’t get their service down. If it’s not the servers, it’s the Gaucho’s. They need to figure this out quickly. With this said the food was good when it was served. The ambience is very nice and comfortable.

   Well where do I begin- instead of Fogo de Chao it is No Go de Chao for our party. We were seated for 10 minutes before receiving any acknowledgment from a server. We ordered a bottle of wine and our dinner selections, and no cocktails. We received the Tomahawk ribeye steak first which was served on a hot salt plank. The meat was still raw when it came but he said “oh we heat the salt plank so high it will cook the meat more.“ Well it cooked it so fast that the meat was well done in 60 seconds and was way too salty. Frankly the worst ribeye we’ve ever had, and we have it quite often. We still hadn’t received our wine yet and had drank all our water due to the saltiness. We also hadn’t received any of the side dishes that come with the ribeye. This was again after asking repeating from our server and another server. Another in our party ordered the Full Churrasco. She liked the chicken & lamb but all the other meats was overcooked. Meanwhile, our wine finally arrived 45 after ordering it and me having to find a manager. Once the wine arrived at our table, we saw that she that our server was struggling to open it. She then told us, “this is the 1st bottle of wine I have ever opened.” Really? Either she received very poor training or she was making another excuse as to the poor service. Another male server came to our table and apologized for all the mishaps and said we would be receiving free desserts and a discount on our meal, but not before throwing the female server under the bus for how she was doing her job. His behavior was so unprofessional, especially since some in our party had worked in the restaurant business and would never think of saying such a thing to a customer. Needless to say, we finally received our side dishes right before the dessert arrived. We were now just laughing because the service was just so bad. It was like a SNL skit!!! So many better places to dine in our area and we certainly won’t be going back ever!!!

   We had reservations for 6pm. The restaurant was already packed with several people standing at the entry, waiting to be seated. We waited a bit before being seated at a lovely table. We were treated by Jena who explained she would be working with Victor to ensure we were taken care of. The cold bar had a variety of options. It was challenging to know what all offerings were as signage seemed a bit off. We began enjoying the meat offerings and found them quite delicious. It was heavy on the lamb options, one chicken option, one pork and a few beef. We genuinely appreciated both Jena and Victor. They were pleasant, always smiling and attentive. Their teamwork was appreciated and the fact neither made us feel rushed or bothersome, made our experience great. It was my husband birthday and they were sure to check for a special occasion. My husband was gifted a complimentary desert, which he quite enjoyed. I recommend Fog de Chao, just keep in mind, they are busy, very busy.

   Amy and Jacqueline is our server. Five star service. But my favorite grilled pineapple is not on their churrasco :(

    It was my birthday, Tuesday night, not very busy. Our server forgot a few drinks and we had to remind her a couple of times. She did comp us an extra dessert at the end but, getting drinks late in a meal is annoying. As far as the quality of food, it was ok, but not exceptional, except for the grilled cheese and honey. The cost was ok, but just not sure I'd go back with so many other places to try.
