   We had a wonderful time dining at Fogo de Chão. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and welcoming, with the familiar upscale churrascaria feel that makes you excited for the experience ahead. Our server, Aubrey, was truly the highlight of the afternoon. She was absolutely amazing—attentive without being overbearing, lively, and incredibly informative. She explained the menu and dining process clearly and with a great spirit. Her energy was contagious, and she seemed genuinely happy to be there, which added a positive and personal touch to our meal. The food was delicious, especially the variety of meats that came around consistently. The salad bar was fresh and well-stocked, and the sides complemented the meal nicely. Overall, the quality of the food and service made for a memorable meal. We’ll definitely be back—and we’ll be asking for Aubrey.

   Been going to Fogo for almost 26 years but this is my first negative review. We met our server Josh initially, didn’t get a friendly vibe, he seemed very busy. We ordered drinks from the bar and the additional lobster tail to accompany our meal. We tried to hunt down Josh, but it seemed he forgot about us Our drinks arrived at the end of our meal and the lobster never arrived. The most painful part was trying to get our bill. We never saw Josh after the first and second stops. We had to flag other servers/busboys/manager, btw, they were great. The drinks delay was not Josh’s fault but it added to our frustration to the experience. I did leave a generous tip because the other people we flagged down were friendly, courteous, and helpful. It’s a shame I was introducing and bragging how great my experience with Fogo is to my guest, and our overall experience wasn’t great at all.

   Worst restaurant ever. One hour wait and we never got a server. Basically had to flag down whoever was nearby for water and utensils.

   Avoid. This place is a disaster. You have to wait 30 min even with a reservation. The host is unprofessional. The manager is afraid to talk to customers and should find a new job. Service is slow. The bathrooms are gross and way too small for the size of the restaurant. Penn Quarter location is better quality.

   First time at Fogo de Chao. It would have been a nice experience as the meats were tasty for the most part. However our server was terrible. We were seated at the end of his row his tables and he just never made his way back to us after taking our order. We had to ask other staff about the side dishes that come with the meal and whether there were any sauces to accompany the meats. They only arrived about half way through our meal. We never got a second glass of water or a chance to order a second drink. As mentioned meats were mostly good and are clearly the star of the show. However I don't think all of the cuts ever made it to where we were. So my advice is assess where you're sitting early on, and if you're far from the grill and toward the back of a very packed dining room you'll need to be aggressive to take full advantage of the experience.

   We were a party of three with a reservation. We were promptly addressed and seated. The Sunday brunch is delicious. The atmosphere was lovely and the servers and managers were very friendly and attentive. Looking forward to returning.

   Food was flavorless and service was nonexistent. After serving our drinks, we only saw our waitress once the entire meal and this was to get a drink refill order, which we never got. We kept asking any worker who would pass by us to see if they can get our refills. The meat cutters said they could not do anything with drinks but will try to find our server. We also talked to the hostess to find our server and ask for our drinks. No luck there too. We finally had to go to the bar for our refills. We then saw our waitress serving a large party and she never came back to us again nor did any staff look after us or ask us if we needed or wanted anything. We honestly talked about walking out without paying because no body gave a damn about our table. However, we’re not heartless like that. We proceeded to give our 20% tip, left, and decided to give our review here since no one bothered to even talk to us.
