   Way too expensive for what you get. Service was terrible by our main server. Disappointing for a birthday dinner. Never again.

   First time at restaurant for wife’s birthday. It was fantastic, the food was great and the service was superb. We were done eating and the waiter brought out a cheese piece out and drizzled some honey on it. He said this will be the best you ever had. My wife had a Megan Ryan moment! “When Harry met Sally” Food was great and we will be back

   It was our first time @ Fogo de Chao in Thousand Oaks. The food was delicious and the meat melts in your mouth. A huge assortment of veggies and other dishes to chose from. We are definitely going back soon . Our waitress Kat was polite and very much checking with us and our needs very often . A great place to bring the family!

   Everything went as expected, except how long it took for the food to actually come out. After about 15-20 minutes, the meats finally started to come out at a good pace. There was literally only one person serving the meats until I mentioned something to my waiter.

   I was really looking forward to eating here, unfortunately we received very bad service from the start, the server who seated us was very rude, she had an extremely bad attitude. She forgot to put the drink order in and took one of the discs away, which meant one of our party was not served any meat, until we could find another server willing to help us, as our server disappeared and never returned to our table. We also had to ask for the sides multiple times, which eventually arrived, at the end of the meal.There seemed to be no leadership and the staff seemed very disorganized. There were multiple trays of dirty plates on various empty tables, including the table next to us. Our second drink order took over 40 x mins, which we only received after asking numerous people. I eat out at least 3 x times a week at a variety of restaurants and this was by far the worst service I have ever received. They offered us a complimentary desert, which we refused as we could not wait to leave. Don't waste your money or your time!!

   The food quality is really not very good. The meats did not taste right and came cold. The servers do not come by often. Dirty dishes are left on tables. The buffet are is not wiped down often
