   Went here for valentines day it was packed through the roof but I had reservations so that did not apply to me. It was a solid 8 only because we kept getting the same meat choices we even ask a server cam you send some over our way we were tucked off in the back by the bar they kept offering steak not so much chicken I got offered 1 chicken the whole time I was there we really wanted the sausage but they kept saying someone was coming over with it but nope. Our waiter forgot about us I guess so we waited a good 20 min or more before some one handed us water and silverware no napkins though. The market food bar was a 3 not much option to chose from. Wish we didn't have to park so far just to get there. The passion drink can't think of the real name was soooooo good not the strawberry one was not so much they were price at 10.00 on the top of the page. I would have to come back and experience it again because of the option of meat that we did not get to eat 64 a person and was only offered steak and 1 option of chicken is crazy work but I get it it was valentines day but still.no one hardly came to back bar area

   We had a reservation but had to wait almost forty-five minutes to be seated. Several members of the wait staff walked by and never offered us plates nor anything to drink beyond water. The options offered tasted well seasoned some moments and rushed other moments. There was no structure nor order at the hostess station. Overall very poor Valentine’s Day meal experience. Not what I have known Fogo de Chao to be.

   Normally my family and I eat at the Fogo de Chao in downtown Baltimore. My husband and I decided to try the Towson location due to it being closer to our house. We were celebrating an early Valentine’s Day. Our first impression was that it was a lot smaller than the one in Baltimore. We were seated and greeted right away. The waitress took our drink order and we told her we wanted the full Churrasco experience (like we normally get). We went to the salad bar, which had a much less variety than the downtown location. Our sides were then brought to our table and the maitre d gave us clean plates to begin our Churrasco experience. Our first piece of meat was bacon wrapped filet. It was overcooked and dry. From there on , most of the meat we got was overcooked. We did receive some perfectly cooked (regular) filet mignon that was nice and tender. One thing we had that we never had at the downtown location was grilled cheese. It was delicious. We didn’t get any dessert due to the fact that we had plenty of other food. We were never without a drink and continually asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. While we didn’t have a terrible experience, we both agree that we enjoy the experience at the other location as opposed to this one.

   The server added a tip even though I paid my tip in cash. Unacceptable‼️

   Server was great, some of the meat was over done. drinks took FOREVER!!!! Half way through the meal before we got our 1st drink that we ordered when we sat down! We are normally a 3 or 4 drinks at a meal… we got 1!!!

   We had an amazing experience. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. The food was absolutely amazing. We had the best time at this location. We have been to others. They were nice. This was well worth the expense and such a fabulous experience for our family. We will be back soon. 💓💓

   Service was chaotic. it took them 20 mins to clean the table. 30 mins for the drinks. Spinach dip was cold. Did not receive my entrees

   The salad bar has nothing compared to the downtown location. It was very disappointing. Lack of variety. Nothing appealing like downtown. The meat was all tough and either over or under cooked. While eating the cake we brought in, the hostess took the cake from my granddaughter without asking if she was done with it. Overall the food was not worth it. Thank you for honoring veterans and giving a military discount but even after that, it wasn’t worth it.

    We have been to Fogo de Chão previously, although not this one in Towson. Everything was as we expected. The staff was fantastic. The service was wonderful and overall it was a great experience. My only issue is that they say there should be 16 different cuts of meat And I’m not sure we saw more than five or six of those cuts. They were very responsive and asked what cut we would like, but there is no listing of those to ask. Again, overall it was wonderful for a special night out, and we would certainly go back.
