   It was a good experience overall. Lamb meats are not good at all. Service of food was kind of slow for a Monday night. Expensive.

   I had planned a surprise engagement party for my GF (now Fiancé). They were super accommodating going from an initial reservation of 4 to 17 people on the day of the event. Food was great servers were great. Obrigado Fogo de Chao.

   To start, the food was very good and the restaurant is beautiful. The ambiance is nice and the front desk was very welcoming. However, the service was terrible. Especially considering the cost, I would have expected much better service. Here were the issues: 1. We were seated at a table to the side and the servers never came over to bring any meat with our cards on green. We sat for 20 minutes before the table next to us actually went and complained on our behalf to the staff saying no one brought us anything. The funny thing is we hadn't even said anything to them, they just saw us and wanted to help. They then turned to us and said they experienced the same issue where they waited and waited but no one brought any meat. 2. The server came by maybe a total of 3 times the entire evening. I wanted a second drink but couldn't order one because she never came over. I also asked 3 times for the bar menu and she never brought it. I was trying to order some food to go and eventually just gave us. I would have also ordered dessert and actually had to go to cheesecake factory for dessert instead. 3. The server spilled a drink all down my back. Which happens and I was understanding, but what upset me is she just walked away after spilling it. She didn't even help clean it up. You also would think she would have brought me a drink or helped clean it up at least, but nothing. The table next to me actually came and helped clean it. It was disappointing because I love Brazilian steakhouses and was looking forward to having one to go to in the area. But the awful service just isn't worth it to enjoy the food.

   We had a large party sat at a long table that was entirely too close to tables on either side of us. It was difficult to get in and out and almost impossible for the servers to fit in between. Service was not great because of this. We had one person in our party who ordered off the menu and her food didn’t arrive until the rest of us had nearly finished. It was very disappointing.

   The staff cutting serving the meats were wonderful and helpful. Didn’t follow the red/green sign but were gracious al around. The wait staff was disorganized, distracted and definitely seem newly trained. Drinks took forever, several people took our orders, dessert was never offered and whe it came to bring the check took a second. Needs improvement. Not bad for a new place!

   Wonderful experience to celebrate our fantastic son’s birthday! I recommend for all of the mouthwatering food and the impeccable service. Be forewarned that if you choose to have “Still water”, it’ll cost you $8 per bottle. We would go again but for a special occasion because, although the food is delicious, it is expensive.
