   OUR SERVERS KYLE AND DEMETRIUS WERE VERY NICE AND POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. They kept our drinks filled and always asked us if we needed something. Their level of service was incredible. This my second time coming to Fogo and every time our experience is wonderful! Thank you!

   Celebrating my birthday here with my family. Our first waitress was terrible, after 40 minutes awaiting she never offered her drinks and our meats got cold before we were served our sides. I tried to speak to the waitress and mention to her with my concerns were she told me to give her a second and she will return however she never came back to my table! I requested a manager. After speaking to the manager , who was very pleasant by the way, he changed out our waitress with a gentleman. His name was Gabriel. Gabriel was so pleasant. He was spot on with everything! He made up for the terrible service that we had at first! He was very attentive, and respectful he even offered his sauces that we never knew they had after visiting this establishment five times! At the end of our meal, they even gave us complementary desserts and gave us a 15% off on our total bill. Six guest two were children, who ate for free the total bill was $315 .

   The food was pretty rough. The salad and sides bar was pretty empty. The stack of plates you pulled from had many that were dirty. The only meat being brought around that wasn't dry or flavorless was the filet. Our server and the staff were overall amazing, the starters of bread and palenta were good and the muddled cucumber mint drink was delicious along with our chocolate molten lava cake. We hadn't been to Fogo De Chao in about 13 years, so we were excited to be back, but it was pretty disappointing unfortunately. We would go elsewhere in Troy and spend a little more for better food.

   The food was subpar at best. A lot of the meats were brought over all rare. No other options. We did the full experience and hardly anyone came over to our table to give us meats. Even after we asked for a specific type of meat it was never sent over. As a group of 6 we were all disappointed and agreed we wouldn’t be going there again.

   Returned here after not dining here for over two years. I will definitely not return. The market table wasn’t bad but they no longer have the bacon under heat lamp and it’s not warm. They just bring it out in a big bowl and it’s already cooked and cooled off. Not like it used to be. Our waiter took our drink order and proceeded to bring my two friends that were dining with me their wine and beer, but did not have my Caipirinha. I asked him about my drink and he said oh I thought you ordered a Coke but it’s funny because he didn’t even have a Coke with him. When we placed our drink order, he repeated back what I ordered. After waiting about 10 minutes, he came back to our table and still did not have my drink. I asked him about it and he copped an attitude and said I’m going to go get it from the bar right now which took another five minutes and the bar is literally 20 feet away. The server that took over at the end of the meal was far better. Unfortunately, I can’t remember either of their names, but the one that took care of us towards the end was far superior to the one in the beginning. Now, as far as the food goes, they never brought out any lamb, just beef, pork, sausage, and chicken. The sliced pork chop that they gave us tasted like fish! Absolutely horrible. Some of the cuts of meat were very tough and even with a steak knife they were hard to cut. Some of the meats were also over salted. Overall, definitely not a good experience and you can count on me never going back here ever again! This visit was actually three free comped meals because of the issue I had before two years ago.   I would never return even if the food was free. don’t waste your money. You’re better off at Golden Corral!

   If you want to feel like royalty, this is the place for you. The Market Table is chock full of fine meats, fruit, vegetables, salads, smoked salmon and various pickled items. Then you've got the gauchos working their way through the restaurant with wonderful cuts of meat carved at your tableside. Everything is seasoned to perfection and cooked in a way that seals in the juices and flavors... I feel like this is what heaven should be!

   I am not sure what has happened to this location over the last several months, but service has just gotten terrible. The food barely goes around, and you're stuck having to sit for a 2 1/2 hour dinner just to have a full meal. This is no longer a place I can recommend. I will not be going back with family and family for special occasions like we used to.

   I have dined at multiple Fogo de Chão across the country and have always had very good service and food. Even this Fogo de ciao in Troy was better when we went there for Christmas Eve dinner. We went again last night and the food was average at best. Many of the meats were overcooked, and the servers neglected to ask for meat doneness preferences. I was very disappointed in this most recent experience. We couldn’t eat probably half of the meat and the salad bar was also unimpressive and picked over. This was certainly not a good value for how expensive it was.

    The soup I wish it can be changed because I go there so often . Otherwise everything has been great and better experience every time
