   Very enjoyable experience overall . The buffet table if appies was fabulous- lots of delicious choices for all tastes. Two delicious soup choices. The full experience offered many and plentiful meat choices but the chicken was a bit overdone. Service could have been better. We were 3 people but only 2 of us were being offered the roving meat choices. When we asked why it turned out that she had been given the wrong card indicating she was also having the “full experience”. There was an apology for the oversight. Yes- would definitely go back perhaps. At a less busy time than Saturday evening.

   Great steak selection Filet mignon was overcooked but rest were quite good. Not cheap but we will definitely be back 👍🏻

   First time I ever had to put salt on my Rodizio. Otherwise…Nice location and great service.

   I loved the experience! it was our first visit here and everything was top-notch! All the servers were really polite and friendly, especially the Peruvian guy. I don't remember his name, but he was incredible, super polite, respectful, great manners; all of them were incredible! If you want to support a business with an immigrant staff you should visit, you won't regret it. The service was implacable from the hostess at the door to everyone on the staff. The food was so tasty and the drinks were super good too. Value for money! I will come back for sure!

   From the start, no one had a personality or any customer service skills. Everyone seemed to be rushed or lost.The drinks weren’t made properly so I asked for a different one and it was still not made well so we did not get more than one. The food was good when it would finally appear at our table. We had to tell our waiter in order to be served some meat (our sign was facing green the entire time). Between the poor service and bad drinks, we just couldn’t wait to leave. It’s too bad because after having dined at the location in the city, I was excited to have this restaurant so close to home. However, I won’t be returning.

   I would like to start off by saying I love going to Brazilian steakhouses so my expectation was high just based off of the experiences I’ve had at other restaurants. I’ve been wanting to go to Fogo de Chão since I found out they opened. My birthday seemed like the perfect time to go. My reservations were for 2:30 PM this past Sunday. My party arrived at 2:30 and our table was not ready. We had to wait for them to set our tables up for my party of 11. My niece ordered chicken breast and never got her entrée. It was brought to the staff’s attention multiple times. It was to the point where we told them don’t even bring it out at all. My aunt and grandmother did not get their entrée for the first two hours that we were at the restaurant; mind you we were there for a total of three hours. Thankfully, our meals included a salad bar so my niece, my aunt, and my grandmother didn’t starve while waiting on these people to give them their food. Almost half of my party ordered The Churrasco Experience. For those reading my review and have never been to a Brazilian steakhouse before the experience at any of these types of restaurants includes them coming around with a large amount of different types and cuts of meat. At Fogo de Chão, they were supposed to be 14 different types of meats coming to my table. Out of 14 different types of meat the staff only came to my table with five types of meat. The crazy thing is that we saw wait staff go to other tables with different types of meat than what they came with two our table. Not only that, the staff kept skipping multiple guests at my table. It was to the point where I was pointing out to the people who the staff should also be going to ensuring that they also get slices of meat. Considering the price point of this establishment, you would think that the customer service and the dining experience would be far greater than what we got to experience Sunday afternoon. To say we were all disappointed is quite the understatement.
