   Our server barely acknowledged us to the point that I had to call the manager. Our drinks took 25 minutes to get to us! The food was so so, especially given its price point. Spent over $800 for 6 people. Could have gone to a high end steak house in Beverly Hills and spent that much. The manager wasn’t much help either. She came by and made a fake gesture that she’s seriously concerned about our lack of service and offered two desserts which I’m not even sure was taken of our bill. You could tell she wasn’t sincere. Anyways, terrible service and mediocre food all for over $800

   Took my son and his wife there and service was not except able. They were not given plates for their food. Had to ask several times. The people coming around with food were far and in between. When they did you had to flag them down to bring over the little food they had left. The salmon dinner was over cook and not good. Very disappointed

   We went on Valentine’s Day we had a reservation at 10 PM however since it was busy we didn’t get seated until 11 PM. While waiting they had a server pass out champagne to the crowd that was waiting to be seated and apologized for the wait which was nice. Once we got called in the ambiance was nice not to dark and not too much light it was perfect. We got seated and the waiter asked if we’ve been there before and I advised that it was her first time so they explained how everything works. Once we figured it out we went ahead and got up and went to the salad bar and got all over appetizers. I will say I’ve been to a Brazilian steakhouse before and this variety was kind of smaller selection than what I’m used to. We also had to ask for bread and mashed potatoes. Those were not out with the other appetizers. They had servers walking around with cute Valentine drinks, which were alcoholic. We went ahead and chose one of them, which was a tropical drink that had Malibu and coconut I believe. Then the meats there were people walking around. I believe I tried for different meats at the other Brazilian place that we’ve been to. I believe they served more of a variety of meats. Overall, it was good. Food was good on ambience is good waiter was nice. Wait was OK. Would I go again? Yes maybe just not on Valentine’s Day or any other holiday just to see if the experience is different.

   I made reservations for 9pm on Valentine’s Day. When I arrived at my reservation the hostess informed me that it would be a 45minute to 1 hour wait. Unbelievable, so I walked in the restaurant to check it out for myself and saw to seats open at the bar fortunately. Me and my partner got some drinks and appetizers while we waited for our table. Just before 10pm I got the notification on my phone for my table. I was disappointed in the service. Unfortunately, the restaurant completely overbooked themselves for the holiday and put immense stress on their hosts/waiters. Food was good but did not makeup for the wait time.

   This is the third time I’ve been to this location and will probably be my last. Came in on Valentine’s Day with a reservation and waited 40 minutes to be seated, which I was already prepared for since it was a holiday, but once called we got seated at the smallest table possible and close enough to the table next to us to hear their conversation. Took about 15 minutes just to get water, servers with the meats walking right by us with our cards flipped to green, orders of sides never came out, and the meats we did have were basically raw, dry, and/or lacked flavor. Definitely didn’t eat much because of how long everything took. I’ve been to two other locations multiple times, also on busy days, but didn’t have an experience like this.

   Horrible experience was skipped 70% of the time for the all you can eat meat. Waiter came to check on us 0 times. Ate 4 pieces of meat then charged full price. Do not come to this location. Other locations are better.

    Severs were very nice. The only issue I had was waiting a very long time for food especially red meat. It took over a very long time to get offered steak. Then the slice was super thin. I was very excited to eat here, but waiting so long to eat ruined my appetite. I had the same issue ordering a coke last time too I had to ask for it 3 times and took over an hour to get it.
