Food was amazing. We went for Summer Restaurant week which included water in the menu - however we were charged for water on our bill as we didn’t specify. We didn’t want it to ruin our evening and didn’t make a scene, but it left a really bad taste in our mouth as it seemed dishonest.

It was a disappointing experience. We had an evening diner for 2, a set menu part of the Dubai Restaurant Week/Food Festival promotion. Food was nice but atmosphere and ambiance were terrible. Folly chose to put guests who booked the promotion in a separate part of the restaurant, without table cloths, close to a overly lit bar, and with loud music playing, appropriate for a beach lounge maybe but out of place for a what supposed to be a fine dining experience. My suggestion to the restaurant is don't participate in the Food festival if you are not able to provide a consistent dining experience as you would otherwise.

Disappointed especially when we know how good it usually is. We had to chase all three courses several times. Very little attention paid to us despite the restaurant being quiet.

We had a great night at Folly and looking forward to returning again for another wine dinner tour...beautiful food, beautiful selection and matching of wines, and a great fun way to experience the wines of Australia. Thank you again Nick and Scott and in particular Viktorija Paplauskiene for your curated 5 course menu to match the Australian wines you chose.
