Food and Wine Events - The Umstead Hotel

Cynthia Knapp will be joining us for an Artist Reception on January 22nd from 6-8 PM to celebrate the opening of her second exhibit in our Art Gallery. Her works portray the essence of abstraction as seen in the physical environment. A long time fixture in The Umstead's permanent Art Collections, her two murals, proudly on display in Herons Restaurant, infuse vibrancy into our culinary space. She is a full-time artist living in Atlanta, Georgia and has been creating for over 40 years. Wine and light hors d’ oeuvres will be served in the Art Gallery hallway.
