    Had a delightful pre opera dinner here with my mum. Food was brilliantly creative and substantial. Very impressed. Service superb. We will be back

    They didn’t post on their website or the OpenTable app that for valentines there would be a set menu. The set menu itself was lacking. The special cocktail and atrocious and tasted like medicine. The mains we had which was steak was surrounded by cabbage that looked like leftovers just plopped there. The desert looked really nice but was terrible and too sweet. Overall I think the a la carte menu would’ve been great but their set menu was horrendous and a waste of money. But at least the place looked aesthetic

    Very good food. My tomato starter was rather bland (needed a dressing - maybe a balsamic glaze or just a vinaigrette dressing?) but the rest of the meal was very good. The pork belly was excellent. Crackling was so tasty. Tiramisu lovely and the mango sorbet delightful.

    As always a really enjoyable evening, delicious food (very tender and juicy venison and beef fillet steak) amuse bouche was exceptional: cawliflower purée with black truffles, dessert: chestnut tiramisu was a dream. and an excellent recommendation by the wonderful sommelier.

    Excellent value pre theatre menu for the quality. Can’t beat the location for going to a show at Bord Gais. Highly recommended

    We wanted a place to spend Christmas Eve with a nice dinner, Forbes Street by Gareth Mullins exceeded our expectations! The food was delicious, the place was elegant and tasteful, and the service was amazing. We would definitely come back!

    Food was excellent, service was attentive, efficient and friendly and even though it was a busy Friday before Christmas throughout Dublin there was only one sitting and no pressure on the table so we could eat at our leisure.

    Excellent food and service as always. Excellent wine recommendation from the wonderful sommelier Maxim. The chestnut tiramisu was a delightful novelty and very moorish.
