   The food was not worth the price charged. There were no salad options or other hot dishes, the desserts were weak. Last year was better.

   Took whole family, they really enjoyed the variety of food and quality. I was unable to eat anything due to food allergies, which wasn't ideal. Left multiple messages at the restaurant with no call back over past month to see if I could order from menu, so I brought the family hoping their would be some options, but there were not, so I had an ice tea while everyone else ate. Our server was great and advised me appropriately that it was not safe.

   Our first time celebrating Thanksgiving out on the town! Overall a great experience. The selection of food was outstanding. A little mess up when we first arrived as we were seated a few feet away from the buffet line of people however a sever gladly moved us to her table out of the line of traffic. Some of the initial salad bar items were empty or extremely picked over at first and needed to be replaced with new dishes but that could have been due to the new group seating time. After the initial confusion everything was great! The turkey and prime rib were excellent. All of the sides were very good too. Loved the dessert offerings. Our server was quick to check on us and refresh our drinks but didn’t hover. We would definitely try this again next year!!

   Thanksgiving buffet was disappointing. All the food was cold to room temperature. Trays were empty and never refilled so if you weren't first in line, you missed out. They didn't replace items until it was too late to eat it because now your on dessert. As to the desserts, terrible apparently grocery store bought pies. Service was slow. Absolutely no holiday decor in the dining room. In fact there was only 1 small Christmas tree in the lobby. No holiday music. Not a single amount of ambiance to be had. Very expensive buffet that was not worth the price. We were very disappointed.

   Some of the warm food was cold, the shrimp cocktail were mushy. Wish they’d been displayed on a bed of ice, in past years they were always very good and lastly it would have been nice to have a cobbler option for dessert.

   Our Thanksgiving meal at Forge was nice. The service was fast and friendly, the food was plentiful and delicious and the overall experience was memorable.

   The mac n cheese that Ben made is delicious don’t leave without getting some. The burger was really good. Didn’t care for the sidewinder fries. Barbie cocktail was devine!

    I stay at the hotel when I'm in Chattanooga. The reservation wasn't necessary. The hostess station had a sign to seat yourself. Only one server was working. She apologized for not seeing me come in and was attentive. The bar area was full of men watching football which attributed to the noise level. In the dining area there were only 4 tables of diners. I asked the server her recommendation between 2 meals. I went with the Bison salad and ordered it Medium Rare. It took a while to get my salad, probably because the meat was well done and very chewy...bison is a lean meat. I divided my salad bowl by pushing the bison to one side and eating what was left of the salad. Next time I'm back at the hotel, I won't dine at Forge.
