We had a fantastic time at forgotten tonic. In my notes, I mentioned that we were here to celebrate our honeymoon. We were treated to not only champagne, but free dessert. Our food was absolutely amazing! 10/10.

Most of what we ordered was fine, but the shrimp bisque was cold and tasted like tomato basil soup! Cream brûlée was delicious!
    Forgotten TonicResponded 3 days ago
Thank you for your feedback, Kathy! We’re glad you enjoyed the crème brûlée and found the ambiance to your liking. We’re sorry the shrimp bisque wasn’t up to expectations—it’s disappointing to hear it was cold and not what you expected. If something ever feels off during your visit, please don’t hesitate to let us know on the spot. We’re always happy to make it right so you can enjoy the best possible experience. We hope to welcome you back soon for a more seamless dining experience!

The food was fine. However, the Christmas Miracle Pop up decor was such a disappointment compared to the last couple of years.
    Forgotten TonicResponded 3 days ago
Thank you for sharing your thoughts, Christy. We decided to change our theme this year due to fire marshal regulations that no longer allow us to use wrapping paper on the walls, which was such a key part of our previous decor. This new setup is something we plan to use for a few years, and we’re still fine-tuning it. If there’s anything specific you think would enhance the experience, we’d love to hear your ideas. Your feedback is invaluable as we continue to improve, and we hope you’ll visit us again to see how we evolve!

Wonderful Nights of Lights dining experience. Server was attentive and friendly but not bothersome. Food was flavorful and delicious. Chicken, swordfish and shrimp were all cooked perfectly. Everything came out from the kitchen so fast. Wines were nice. Some of the mixed drinks were a bit odd tasting. Overall, love this local gem; consistently a great dining experience.

Robin, thank you for such a thoughtful review! We’re so glad your Nights of Lights dining experience was wonderful and that you enjoyed the flavorful dishes, especially the perfectly cooked chicken, swordfish, and shrimp. It’s great to hear our team provided attentive hospitality and that the evening flowed smoothly. While we’re thrilled you enjoyed the wines, we appreciate your feedback on the cocktails. What did you try, and what didn’t quite work for you? Your input helps us improve. It’s always a pleasure having you at our local gem, and we can’t wait to welcome you back to Aviles St. soon!

Attended for the Miracle Pop-up and it did not disappoint. The food was absolutely amazing and the drinks were too. Even the kids menu items were really good. I would order that kids pasta dish as my entree if I could. I had the shrimp and grits which was very good but the real winner was the Chef's Cut my husband had. Servers were very friendly too. We will definitely be back!

Ashleigh, we’re so thrilled you joined us for the Miracle Pop-up and had such a fantastic time! It’s great to hear that the food, cocktails, and even the kids’ menu were such a hit—our chef will love knowing the kids’ pasta dish is adult-approved too! Our team takes pride in delivering a warm and welcoming experience, and we can’t wait to have you and your family back again soon!

We went here for the Miracle Pop-up Bar, one of our holiday annual traditions. The festive drinks are always super fun and delicious, and their food menu is great as ever. Both my husband and I had a couple of their vegan options which were delicious, and the other two with us had the mussels and the chicken sandwich. Portion sizes were so much bigger than I remembered! It’s always busy, especially during the Christmas season so reservations are an absolute must. Even with all the busy-ness, the staff was super prompt, attentive, and friendly. Fun little perk: they gave us special Miracle beanies as a thank you for making a reservation!

Ixiim, we're thrilled to hear you have made Forgotten Tonic part of your annual Miracle Pop-Up Bar tradition! It’s wonderful knowing you and your guests enjoyed our festive cocktails and delicious vegan options. Thanks for noticing the generous portion sizes—we aim to keep things hearty and satisfying! The holiday hustle on Aviles St. makes reservations a smart move, and we’re glad the Miracle beanies added a special touch to your visit. Can’t wait to welcome you back next year for more festive cheer!
