   Simply the greatest cocktail menu in Northeast Florida, and one of the best food establishments as well. The service, ambience, and quality of the menu offerings (that cocktail menu though!) are hard to beat.

   We had a fantastic meal at Forgotten Tonic! The FT Burger, fresh catch, and chef’s cut steak were all excellent, and we loved the fried artichoke and hummus starters. Their take on a gin and tonic was fresh, unique, and absolutely delightful. The restaurant has a very cool, intimate vibe, and our server was attentive without being overbearing. The kids’ menu is cleverly named with options like “I don’t care,” but the portions were pretty small. Definitely recommend making a reservation—it’s a spot worth planning for!

   Four of us ordered different meals. None of them were very good. Very disappointed. But a neat place for drinks.

    Open the menu and the first highlight you see is the service fee explained in depth. I feel that set the wrong tone. Server was polite. Food was good quality but not exceptional. Very high price for one old fashioned, a burger, soup, bread and 2 kids meals. Bathroom was not clean. I booked a reservation assuming it would be hard to get a table spring break week. It was not needed.

We understand the service fee can catch some people off guard, which is why we’re transparent about it from the start. It helps supplement the cost to provide comprehensive benefits to our team—a rarity in this industry—and it’s always optional and can be removed if requested. Alexis noted everything seemed to be going smoothly, so we’re sorry to hear parts of your experience didn’t meet expectations. The Old Fashioned was actually part of our happy hour at $8, which we feel is a great value. Out of curiosity, what would you have expected to pay for the full experience? We’re always open to perspective and appreciate the chance to improve.
