   The food is unmatched. The venue could do with a little bit of an upgrade. But the service and food was better then anything I've had on 5th avenue in Naples fl.

   Forma is one of our absolute favorite restaurants. Everything on the menu is amazingly delicious, the portions are generous, and the ambiance is lovely. We have enjoyed brunch, lunch, and many dinners at Forma and will keep going back! We often get dessert to go or pick up a take and bake dinner for later. We love Forma!

   The staff cares about your experience and the food was good especially the prosciutto app and chicken parm. The Carbonara had too much bacon and pancetta for me and they did offer to make me a new dish which was really appreciated. Caesar salad was also very good. Will be back to try other dishes in the future.

    This restaurant is just delightful. The food is amazingly good. Portions are enormous. Service is top notch. Please never leave Sewickley!!! We love having a wonderful Italian restaurant right in our town. If you are not from Sewickley it’s worth coming here for this food.
