   Very busy but we’ll staffed for a Saturday lunch. The menu was quite diverse, including breakfast.

   Service was good. Food was absymal. We were there for brunch. One entree arrived stone cold and with a hockey puck of a biscuit. Server agreed it was a problem and had the plate replaced… but the runner dropped it off to the table and the plate was unfinished (no butter, no jam, etc.). Had to flag down server once again for correction. The other entree was 3 breakfast tacos. That plate arrived hot, but of the 3 tacos, only one had been properly finished. Each taco was individually wrapped in foil. Upon opening, only one had been finished on the grill (grill marks). The other two had not. One of the 3 looked like it had been microwaved - it was swollen with steam and completely inedible as the shell was so soggy and swollen. This was just about the most disappointing brunch we have ever experienced.

   A little disappointed in our experience. Most of the food was good, but not great. One dish was under cooked. Plates were dirty with stick on food. Services was very slow. Will head to DC next time.

   I loved that the reservation was ready upon arrival. The selections were great for the value. I did not like the breakfast veggie patty. It looked like a raw burger. I sent my initial meal back and was promptly given my new choice. The breakfast tacos were amazing! The hash brown was edible, but it did have a char on it--as if burnt on the outside. Otherwise, my overall experience was great. The wait staff was amazing!

   In general, we’ve had good experiences with take out orders from Founding Farmers. Our experience with the Thanksgiving feast on 11/28/24 was horrible. We were given the worst table in the restaurant near the kitchen. We felt rushed and had an inattentive waitress. The food left a lot to be desired. They left some of the sides off individual plates. The roasted turkey was not edible the prime rib was tough and not worth the additional money. There was not much effort put into the service or creating the ambience for the festive occasion. I felt like I was in a factory. Nothing special about the experience at all. Pretty disappointing given the cost of the meal for a family of 5.

    Service and server were excellent. However.... I am sorry to have to have to write this.. but honesty is what I am giving here. This is our third year coming here for Turkey Day. For the money...there are other choices. Because of our experience tonight.. we are in search of a new place to celebrate the holiday. It was a factory experience. The bread basket- little to no flavors. The turkey was dry, the chicken was salty. I am from Maryland- who puts corn in the stuffing? The veggies were rock hard. The desserts -lacked apples in the apple pie. The food was put out very systematically. We were barely finished the first course when the main dish appeared. All in all- the dishes lacked flavor, care and effort. Someone in the kitchen needs to change- taste the food being put out and think more creatively.
