They gave our table away after being just 10 minutes late. Then the couple who stole it refused to get up. My last name was clearly on the card sitting on the table. I’d hoped the staff would make them leave. We were still able to get seated.

Hi Anonymous, We wish this review wasn't anonymous so we could look into this. Nobody on staff would have let someone steal your reservation but if you are late to a reservation and we have standbys waiting, you have to understand that we have to give it to them. We typically wait until the show starts, and additionally wait 10-15mins after the show starts before exchanging no-shows (late-shows) reservations with the people standing by. We also have 2 other rooms showing the drag race party with great seats to accommodate you. We also pick the table for you; sometimes we move tables while we are accommodating the people who are here on time/early; no one should be entitled to a specific table; please let us know your seating preferences and we'll do our best to accomodate you.

Yassssss! Everything was spectacular and we had a great time at the RPDR Finale Episode with host: KoraKayyy. KK was an exceptional host and very fun. 10/10 will return!

Normally I love boozical, but this week the staff was different and it made the experience just fair. The show was still incredible and the talent was outstanding. But the drinks during the show were okay and they seemed short staffed.

We are huge fans of FH, the staff and live coming in for Boozical Monday. I realize this Monday had two shows but the experience the 6pm show was completely different than anything we had experienced. The room was not full and yet it seemed like there was no staff. It took forever to get drinks as it seemed only one person was working the whole room, and food took forever, if we got it at all. One order of chicken fingers got lost. Again, just not the experience we are used to.

Staff here is cheery, the limited menu is ok, but hey, do these kids know how to put on a show!!! I’m just sorry that they feel the need to go through the crowd for tips, when the performances are so good. Wish they could perform from the stage! Overall a great time! Do it!
