   This was our first time dining at Francos and it will not be the last. The food was excellent, and we really enjoyed the evening.

   Quality seems to be getting worse by the visit......we've had enough. Overcooked and burnt food, and lack of empathy.

   The brocoli rabe sausage pasta special was terrific. So was the avocado opener. Great service. Nice crowd.

   The pasta was excellent for the 3 people in our party. The peas were old, hard, and awful!! Chicken tasted like it was warmed up several times. The steak was very good. Awful potatoes. Very nice staff. It isn’t the same restaurant as years past. It was always our favorite. Unfortunately, not anymore😞

   The service was good not great. We sat outside and even though we were outside the atmosphere was loud. A personal note, I do not think a dog should be allowed in a restaurant. Our food was fair at best. I found it absurd that a dish that has seafood over pasta needed to have more seafood. Linguini is inexpensive and when you add four muscles, four clams three shrimp and a few slices of calamari, then charge $40 for that pleasure it is absurd. The food wasn’t even that good. In fact last year we had eaten here many times and enjoyed every meal. The cost was more reasonable as well. Needless to say, you drove us away and we will not return.

   Always the best prepared food, many specials and a full menu of choices for a glorious taste of Italy. We go to Franco’s very often with family or with our friends.

   The manager was very accommodating as we had an indoor reservation but we wanted to sit outside as the night was gorgeous. The food was delicious. We ordered eggplant parmigiana and the seafood risotto. Our server was absolutely terrific. He was extremely attentive. He went to get cheese when my fork fell. When he returned, he brought me a clean fork. I was so impressed that he knew it had fallen as he was not by the table. Overall great experience. We will go again.

    By add so many tables to increase revenue, it has gomne from a quiet neighborhood restaurant to a very noisey one. Stay away on weekends.
