   Salads were wildly overdressed, drowned in dressing. Mozzarella was bland and rubbery, lamb pasta had an oily taste as if the ragu had been warmed up in bad canola oil, linguine was clumpy and crispy - as if it had been sitting extensively under a heat lamp - not a clam to be found in the dish - maybe a few chopped up pieces, sauce was a super thick cream sauce versus a more traditional light/brothy. Just another Woke disappointment filled with Hipsters who I appreciate want to make a statement, but they are deeply confused and not only miss the mark but often serve up dishes that are a waste of a customer's money. Server was nice and did a good job

   Our experience started with a warm greeting upon entering the restaurant. Our waitress, Lotta, was exceptional. Her knowledge and explanation of the menu items helped us select a fantastic selection of courses. In addition, her attentiveness to our table was greatly appreciated. Very nice experience and I plan to return soon.

   Our server Michael was so great it was a perfect space to catch up with a friend! Food and wine suggestions were all amazing. Thank you for a great night!

   BEST BRUNCH!! Seriously don’t sleep on the brunch. Frankies is one of our regular go-tos for dinner but today we tried brunch for the first time. The options are fantastic— brunch classics like eggs Benedict, creative pancakes, and then delicious sandwiches. The Bloody Mary was the bomb. Get it with tequila! We will be back!

   Restaurant completely packed for brunch and no one has food. Staff says they can’t handle such a large brunch crowd - ok if that is the case, maybe the front of the house shouldn’t take so many reservations and seat so many people? 1.5 hr wait for dry, over cooked pancakes and overcooked eggs. Only thing that was worthwhile was the drinks. Zero apology or show of concern about the terrible experience for the whole restaurant from management. This East Nashville local will not be returning and won’t recommend to friends.

   This was my first visit to Frankie's and will not be my last. Everything was great. The server described the gnocchi as "melt in your mouth" and he was right on point. They have the best ceasar salad I've ever had in Nashville and that is saying a lot because I've had a LOT of ceasar salad! And the tiramisu is how I imagine it is in Italy. I can't wait to go back.

   our server, John, was the absolute best. We had incredible conversation with John. cannot recommend John more. James (the bar manager) also made our night that much better. We give our flowers to them.

   Our table was in an odd spot, right inside the entrance. There was a leak from the side door from the rain, causing a major puddle right by our table and feet. The ceiling also leaked on us multiple times throughout dinner. The food was great, but the sneaky charges, weird placement of our table and puddles ruined the experience for us. Cake fee of $4 per person when not everyone had a slice and they didn’t even provide a cake cutter. $3 for olive oil we never ordered.

    We enjoyed our visit tremendously! The food was amazing! There’s so many new restaurants in Nashville, but very few live up to the hype. Our waiter knew exactly what to order and never felt intrusive. We will be back.
