   From the start, the host refused to help us choose a different table, even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. I ordered white wine, but they didn’t have any. The waitress was very kind and attentive. We ordered meatballs, which were extremely salty, and a chicken dish that was dry and flavorless. For some reason we couldn’t understand, a photographer kept following the owner or someone who seemed to be, taking pictures or videos of the tables while the chef served the dishes, all without our consent.

   Food was outstanding and so was the service. They don't serve alcohol but we were allowed to bring our own wine without any charges which worked out great Definitely will go back there next time I am in town

   I had an amazing birthday dinner at Fratelli! My husband and I tried all of the specials, our favorite was the Ribeye carpaccio. We also had the mushroom pasta and it is insanely delicious!

   Delicious and I love the “human” sized portions. We could have used lower music volume as the dining mood there is more for people who love food and conversation with friends. Service is wonderful. Menu is small and carefully curated.

   Expensive. They dont sell alcoholoc drinks $20 for 2 escalops is not acceptable

   Horrible experience. Service was as slow as it gets, unappologetic, for no reason and to makes matter worse, the food was not only disappointing but beyond gross. I will say the cesar salad was fast and good but their chicken was beyond gross and pale. Texture was disgusting and even the meatballs smelled like they were passed. Never going back. Plus get ready to smell like fried food as you come out.

    Made a reservation and arrived at the restaurant. No hostess stand so I told one of the servers about my reservation. She nodded then walked away. We could see one empty table set for two from where we were standing. We continue to stand and wait for someone to direct us to our table, but no one did. We could see the servers talking and looking at us, but no one came back to talk to us. Finally asked a server if I could just sit at the table that was set and she said “oh, yeah! Sure”. Very odd first impression. Our server was very nice but seemed to have no training and was very soft spoken. When I asked for a glass of wine, she said “we ran out, but we do BYO with no fee so you can go to the liquor store”. Chose to just stick to water but felt disappointed. Overall food was good! I think they need to focus on better training their FOH team. It felt like they took the team who runs the register at the deli and plopped them into a restaurant to be servers. Also wish they served some of their sandwiches at dinner but that’s okay, I’ll probably just stick to the deli anyway.
