   My husband & I enjoyed everything we tried at Freddie’s. We each had a Mai Tai for our drinks. The drinks were even better then Hawaii. Chef Freddie came out to talk to us about the dishes. He is such a delight & so very approachable. My husband had the French Onion soup which he said was the best he ever had. I had the Wild Mushroom Strudel which was oh so flavorful. For our entrees we each tried one of the specials. My husband had the Boar & I had the Cod. Both were delicious. We were so full that we didn’t have room for dessert but we did take one home. Can’t wait to go back. Freddie’s is a must try. I highly recommend Freddie’s. All of the food & drinks are definitely made with love & passion.

   We had a wonderful experience, engaging staff and Chef; service exceptional as well as the meals. We had appetizer, soup, entrees and desert, as well as a few craft cocktails. Based on experience, I would always select whatever chef specials were when you dine there.

   cute and cozy little place at the Cole hotel at the north end of Palm Springs. Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. The chef came out to chat as well. Lovely experience with good food. Would definitely come back.

   We have been meaning to try this spot forever and finally made it. We are so glad we did. It is very low-key in terms of atmosphere, but high class foe the perfectly prepared food. They have some unusual items on the menu like elk and a boar special. I had melt/in-your-mouth miso code and the bet Caesar salad in the desert hubby had bolognese pasta and it was a huge portion and he said it was fantastic. Prices are shockingly good for Palm Springs. Small room can get a little loud, but it is a lovely spot for casual or special dining.

    Due to David & David's online social media extensive review, decided to go Monday evening! Was absolutely fabulous! Great service, was greeted promptly, our drinks were delicious as was the bread, mushroom strudel, bison, short ribs with pasta, apple bread pudding and Pino Noir! Really enjoyed the personal attention from Freddie who's cooking and personality is awesome! Highly recommend!
