   The teas are delicious and the music is a very nice touch. Pastries were dry. Service was great though. A good option if you are staying at the hotel.

   I’ve been wanting to try Frenchy ever since it launched. I don’t do brunch often, but we decided to give it a go this time. Let me start by saying—it’s very much a “hotel restaurant.” I’m not sure if that’ll resonate with everyone, but the energy is definitely more laid-back. We arrived around 11:30, and the staff was minimal. They mentioned they’re still working on launching a dedicated brunch menu, so you’ll likely have a bigger selection than what we did. That said, there weren’t many vegetarian or vegan options, so if you have dietary preferences, you might want to plan ahead. The food we tried was delicious! We ordered the beet salad and their omelette, both of which were excellent. If you’re unsure what to pick, those are definitely safe bets. Service: The host was friendly and called me at 9 a.m. to confirm whether I wanted to do the afternoon tea, even though I didn’t select that option when booking. While I understand they may have a reason for this, it felt a bit intrusive, especially since I’m not an early riser. Maybe this policy could be reworked? Our server was attentive and did a great job juggling multiple things despite being the only one on the floor. Considering the circumstances, I was impressed by his efforts. Ambiance and Branding: This is where things felt a bit off. The brand looks vibrant, friendly, and inviting, but the actual experience felt more like a private club—quiet and reserved. It’s not what I’d expect from a typical restaurant. If you’re into that kind of vibe, this might be the spot for you. Overall: It was a nice lunch experience—not somewhere I’d dine regularly, but it’s great for meetings or a corporate crowd. I do hope they add more character to the space to align with the lively branding they advertise.

   Had a perfect experience celebrating my birthday at Frenchy on a Monday night. The cocktails were fantastic, food was delicious, and the service was attentive and wonderful. The birthday treatment was very kind and special. Would definitely recommend ! :)

   Food was good and service was excellent. Very quiet on a Friday night and lacked atmosphere. Noise level was low so very easy for conversation.

   Every dish we ordered was delicious. Highly recommend the truffle brie appetizer. Thank you Frenchy Toronto for a wonderful dinner.

   Subpar food selection and service in provided but a very pleasant setting. Need better and more premium food selection that fits a 5 star hotel… this felt like a 3 star hotel restaurant

    A Wonderful Experience at Frenchy After a previous visit that didn’t meet expectations, I was kindly invited back to Frenchy by Laura, the General Manager, to give the restaurant another chance—and I’m so glad I did! This lunch truly restored my faith in Frenchy, matching the amazing experience I had during my first visit when it had just opened. The hospitality this time was exceptional. Manager Cassie ensured everything went smoothly, and our server, Shar, was attentive and professional throughout. Shar made sure we felt welcomed and looked after, handling everything with care and respect, which made the meal all the more enjoyable. Manny was also a great support, ensuring the experience was seamless. We started with delicious appetizers, followed by flavorful mains that were perfectly cooked and thoughtfully prepared. The bubbles and coffee rounded out the meal beautifully, and every detail showed the team’s effort to make things right. I want to thank Laura, Cassie, Shar, Manny, and the entire team for turning this experience into a truly positive one. It was a wonderful lunch, and I look forward to returning and recommending Frenchy to friends and family.
