From The Ground Up Cafe is a full-service breakfast and lunch cafe located in Vineyard Commons in Highland, NY- right in the heart of the Hudson Valley! We specialize in craft coffees, delicious food, and an unbeatable ambiance for spending time with friends, grabbing a quick bite, sitting down in our lounge to work, or enjoying a nice day with friends on our patio!

We did not know that this cafe was in a 55+ community. There were items that they didn't have, for example, when choosing the "Make Your Own Omelette, they did not have spinach, broccoli and asparagus, so my friend settled for cheese. The servers were friendly and courteous but there just wasn't enough to ever bring us back to this cafe.
