My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary early while on our babymoon, and the restaurant made it the perfect evening. We ordered the rosemary brioche bun to share, the salmon with polenta and asparagus, and the lamb - all of which were perfectly cooked and delicious! When it came time for dessert, our waitress let us know that they were providing something special for the occasion, which turned out to be Panna Cotta with two champagne flutes (one of which had ginger ale for my wife). We definitely recommend Fuego y Mar to anyone else looking for a dinner reservation in South Beach!

What a huge disappointment. This hotel restaurant used to be so good and now has declined to the lowest level. Host was nice, service was horrible, waitresses all around but none taking care of clients, food took forever, it was good but average, portions medium to small. Of course prices above average and tip already included.
