Great specials menu. Family of 4 all loved our selections. Veal Chop was the highlight. Great service. Impressive dessert menu that did not disappoint. BYOB. Definitely be back again.

Food, service, attention to detail was amazing the menu is accompanied by a lot of specials which were so amazing. The place is byob so be prepared and adds to the cost savings of the event. Jose took care of us like we were family and we will be back soon. Thank you Jose!!

Food beyond good! Loved the visual descriptions on the ipad , made decisions on the specials that much easier. Our wait service was not! With two larger parties in house the attention to our service disappeared! Small tables might return over and over so attention to detail for a couple enjoying a night out is vitally important to a small business. The wait servers can’t just disappear.

As always the food was amazing, fresh, and well prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The staff is always accommodating and was very conscientious of allergies in our group and made special accommodations for us that went above and beyond. We recommend Fusion to all of our friends. It never disappoints. Highly recommend for a delicious meal in a nice ambiance.

The food was delicious and I love the fact the menu was simple offering many delicious dishes. We had some specials and items off the menu and all dishes were flavorful and everyone in our group enjoyed them. We do plan on coming back to this cute, and welcoming restaurant. Ps a great BYOB!

As always, Fusion 27 was amazing. The food is innovative and the quality is superb. The specials make it tough to choose and make it hard to order anything from the regular menu. The servers, Gianna (hope I'm spelling that correctly) and Byron were great! Our favorite restaurant!
