Fusion HK Bar & Grill Mexican-Peruvian has open the doors of his new restaurant in 688 10th Ave, NY, NY 10019. The owners have come up with a new concept of bringing the experience of eating delicate, specially tasty food, with the intimacy of a cozy, quiet cafe.
Fusion HK Bar and Grill Mexican- Peruvian provides a wonderful variety of fresh and unique selections of food, prepared from scratch. Combines rich flavors and a wide selection of appetizers, salads, seafood and entrees. The most popular dishes are ( Ceviche Mixto, Arroz Chaufa, Lomo Saltado, Arroz con Mariscos, Shrimp al Tequila, Fajitas and Enchiladas). We have our signature cocktail menu, are specialized in Tequila and Pisco.

I knew the place would be intimate and was happy about that… I knew the food would likely be good and it was…. I knew the service would be good and Gabby lived up to what I expected and more! The night was cold but they should have made their clients comfortable … they kept the door closed but heat was needed. They should have heated the place up much more. They should have checked on us as we did not want to wear coats as others were doing at the bar. I wanted to recommend this place and still feel the food was worthy, but climate control and worrying about your customers should be primary.

Nothing fancy abut authentic Peruvian/Mexican food, and very friendly weight staff. Awesome margaritas. I love the atmosphere. Definitely gonna return when I’m back in NYC.

Great place for Happy Hour, drinks were just the right amount of alcohol and staff were very pleasant and quick. Food was delicious and big portions.

Lively, quaint, authentic, sincere, and charming would describe this fab place with huge portions, real Peruvian cuisine, and terrific service. The meat entrees are enormous, and the ceviches are some of the best we’ve ever had.
