    Our server was Jason and he was nothing less than phenomenal. This was our first time here and aside from the atmosphere and beautiful decor, he made our experience more than what customer service should be. Aside from that, you HAVE to do valet $20 but Galley will validate and it will drop to $10. Make a reservation, that’s your best bet. I ordered the steak frites and my partner ordered the braised wagyu short rib and both were great, maybe a little overpriced because I’ve had better in other places but still worth the experience. Ordered a strawberry lemon drop martini, but I will say that the over pour of alcohol was a bit much so just be careful for that when you’re ordering drinks from the bar. Other than that we had a great experience overall and would come back.

    After waiting over an hour our dishes were cold Sent back and then overcooked Not good experience But restaurants have bad nights Will not go back though. Weren’t charged for dinner

    I stayed at the Hilton for a business trip and I dined at the galley three nights in a row. I had a different meal each night. The service was absolutely fabulous. Everything was exquisite for a hotel restaurant and I have to place a special shout out for Heather our server she served me two out of three nights and was nothing but kind!

    Lobster salad on crispy sushi rice was a stand out. Tuna Tataki and Pork Belly were scrumptious. Steaks were perfectly cooked and the service was outstanding for our party of four. Exceeded expectations from the hostess accommodating our early arrival to the recommendations from the wait staff. Will definitely return.
