We are proud to share our journey which is Garbatella Osteria Bar. As the first US-based concept from husband-wife duo Saul Plata and his wife Carelma Rodriguez, as well as his partner Antonio and Diana, Garbatella Osteria in Otay Ranch, is the coming together of cultures, of travels, and of a lifetime of experiences. The Italian menu is crafted to reflect the authentic Italian flavors of Antonio’s childhood with recipes he has loved and cooked for decades.

It's nice to be there, there is a good food, nice list of wines, good prices, when there's music it's great music, you will enjoy your evening The service it's fast and friendly.

Went for Valentine’s Day. It was a very poor experience. They had a very united menu which is normal, but out of items. What’s the point of limiting a menu if you’re going to run out items. The service was very slow. We sat for a long time before even being acknowledged. Then when the bill came they rounded up on the amount. It was only a few dollars, but they probably did that to everyone that night. Just seemed very scammy to do that. The food was okay, but not even close to being with that I paid.

I was not aware they had a limited menu for Valentines day. The waiter seemed upset that my date and I were not interested in the special the only other option he gave us was pizza.

Their valentines menu was meh. You come here for pasta and they change it up to a limited menu. They also got our order wrong twice. They did give us a discount though, so they accommodate for their mistakes.

Restaurant was closed at time of my reservation. Completely closed no lights on at all. I drove a long way for my wedding anniversary to have dinner here. I ended up at Applebees because of this. Sad
