    Great space . Marie - Florence guided our table of 8 from the moment we walked in until dessert . Food , service and wine were all magnifique. Would love to come back the next time we are in Montreal .

    Deux employés nous ont versé du vin et de l’eau. Les deux en ont renversé sur la table. J’ai du mentionné deux fois que je voulais de la mayonnaise car elle avait oublié. 1 heure avant de recevoir le premier plat.

    a very nice restaurant with nice ambiance. ww had the filet mignon and steak fries. Both were good and cooked properly. Also had the onion soup which was good but nothing amazing as some reviews stated.

    We dined at Gaspar during Happening Gourmand week. Service was impeccable. Every dish was well-balanced with good portions. Desserts were wonderful, especially the creme brulee. The staff at Gaspar take pride in their work and it shows. Highly recommended.

    Probably a different chef. The food was not at the same level as our previous visit. The dishes were drowning in hollandaise sauce.
