    Incredible time! Everyone was super friendly, and our back server Fidel made sure our waters were absolutely full throughout the meal. The food was very well made, and each course was delicious- the students did an incredible job. I recommend going with friends or family to try as many dishes as possible. 100/10 time, cannot recommend going enough. Also got an awesome kitchen tour from one of the students Charlie, very cool to see the kitchen at work.

    first thing we saw on arrival to parking lot was one of the students going out to the garden to select things for the kitchen. Saw that happen several times while we were there. All the chefs-in-training were very attentive, explained the food, were so well dressed and polite, friendly. It was a wonderful evening. And yes, we tried things we'd never heard of.

    Loved the experience our waitress was amazing as was the beverage boy! The food was good but not phenominal! I loved 2 of the 4 courses but the last too fell short … a little too much seasoning and lack of flavor. I did the wine pairing which I realised was a mistake as I’m quite picky about the wines I drink- so my own fault! All in all I would do it again and loved the idea of helping out learning chefs and waitstaff

    A delightful experience with 4 delicious courses, we loved every bite and every minute. One of the best and most memorable meals I have had in years.

    Overall great experience. My husband & I opted for the 4 course with wine pairing. Halibut Crudo Siciliano w/ preserved lemon salsa, capers, radish, mint appetizer was amazing. All wines were paired great with all of our courses, the 4th course being dessert. We chose Duck Ragu & Gnocchi as our 2nd course, both good, but portions very small. The Striped Bass Arrosto 3rd course was very well prepared. Service was top notch as well.
