The glass-fronted restaurant offering diners sensational sea views and a brand new dining experience in Dumfries and Galloway is the latest addition to Laggan, the rural destination of excellence near Gatehouse of Fleet. Gather will provide visitors and locals with delicious bistro style meals.

Gather will be open Thursday - Sunday from 8.30am. Last food orders being at 2.30pm.
Wednesday lunch only 12noon - 2.30pm
Closed Monday and Tuesday.

    We met up with my brother for a Christmas meal. It was excellent! All well cooked, ample quantities and lots on the plate. Turkey, stuffing, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, redcurrant jam, red cabbage, carrots, Brussel sprouts. A superb Christmas meal! Excellent staff and service

    I was given a voucher as a gift and I finally got round to using it, we were so happy with the whole experience at the restraint. We had large and very tasty cooked breakfast and pancakes, the coffee and fresh orange juice was also very nice. Unfortunately not the nicest weather but the setting and views are beautiful regardless. I will definitely be back soon with friends and hopefully with our dogs if it's a nice day.

    The staff were very welcoming, our waitress was wonderful, very attentive and food arrived quickly after order. We were not rushed and we were able to enjoy our breakfast at our own pace, enjoying the food, atmosphere and beautiful views.

    Lunchtime meal for, consisting of 2 veg. burgers, 2 lasagne, 1 monkfish and 1 flatbread - all great quality. Weather was a bit dreich outside, but a good atmosphere inside.

    As good as always. Good food, varied menu. Good service, excellent view over bay. Good value for money
