At Gaucho’s Prime we serve the Traditional Southern Brazilian Rodízio. The Full Rodízio Experience, our Prix Fixe Menu includes two courses, it provides the opportunity to enjoy a variety of Prime Meats including beef, chicken, pork and lamb, which we season and carefully “fire-roast” to expose the natural flavors.

Our salad bar features a variety of highest quality of selected fresh- vegetables, aged cheeses, imported cured meats, Brazilian imported hearts of palm, smoked salmon and much more.

We had an amazing experience at Gauchos Prime, the service was extraordinary, the food was amazing and the restaurant beautiful. I used to be a customer of Fogo de Chão, but the cuts here taste much better and the the service has always been better. When we are looking to visit a Brazilian Steak House this where we go now.

We were looking to book fogo de chao and gauchos popped up online. My son and I drove over and checked it out. We learned Gaucho’s uses Prime meats vs choice of air other grade meats. The quality difference was notable and the meat had far less salt compared to fogo de cap I suggest trying Gaucho’s the next time you want to do Brazilian steakhouse dining. Some nice extras like ribs and salmon were great.

We love going to Guacho's. This was our 5th or 6th time. The food is always great. They will get you anything you want and they are all super friendly. The managers always recognize us when we come back and thank us for returning. Go check it!
