At Gaucho’s Prime we serve the Traditional Southern Brazilian Rodízio. The Full Rodízio Experience, our Prix Fixe Menu includes two courses, it provides the opportunity to enjoy a variety of Prime Meats including beef, chicken, pork and lamb, which we season and carefully “fire-roast” to expose the natural flavors.

Our salad bar features a variety of highest quality of selected fresh- vegetables, aged cheeses, imported cured meats, Brazilian imported hearts of palm, smoked salmon and much more.

    I am a recurring customer, and as always, Gaucho's prime never stops surprising me with the service and delicious foods. The servers were always asking me and my family if there was anything else we wanted such as other types of cuts. I had such an amazing time, especially it being my brother's birthday.

    Amazing went for lunch for my boyfriend’s 21st and they were great. They went up and beyond and made sure we never were waiting around for meats and even surprised him with a birthday desert. Overall recommend 10/10

    Gauchos Prime was class all the way. Service was very on point, food was fresh and well seasoned. Very good value and you fill up fast! Will be going again soon.

    Our first time eating at Gaucho Prime in KOP and it was an amazing experience, starting from our extraordinary waiter Eleazar to all of who assisted him. The attention was a perfect balance of helpfulness to sharing information on certain items. We were a party of six, which included an 11 month old who stole the show with his excellent behavior. Food was even better than Fogo de Chao who we frequented in the past. We highly recommend this restaurant to whomever is a meat eater.

    While we had a nice family dinner, several of the food choices from the salad bar/antipasto were frozen when they should have been room temperature. The service at the table had the servers reaching in front of the face of our guests multiple times when the table was situated in a way which would have allowed traditional service from the left of the diner with no need to reach across. The food served at the table was delicious, but compared to the overall experience here vs. with competitors, I would chose the latter.
