   Our server was working at the bar AND as a server for several tables, including ours. We sat down at 5:50 pm, and didn't get our entrees until 6:45 pm; we had to wait about 40 minutes for our food to be cooked, and another 10 minutes for the server to get them to us. I know this because I actually looked at my watch. When our entrees were finally cooked, we noticed they were just sitting on the kitchen counter while our server was taking care of other diners, including readjusting their food bill (!). Couldn't he have adjusted it after he (or someone else) brought our food first??!! Other servers were busy too, taking care of their tables, but if someone's food is just sitting at the counter, somebody should've just pitched in and bring the food to the table. We tried to make eye contact with our server AND the owner, but they just ignored us. When we finally got our food, we mentioned our dissatisfaction to the server, but he just brushed us off - with NO apology. My dish, Pappardelle Bolognese was cold and needless to say, the experience was terrible. Not trying to sound entitled, but...we are frequent diners there and feel that they should've, at the very least, said "we're sorry, the food took so long..."

   I’ve eaten here for lunch several times. It’s always delicious! It’s a wonderful menu, but I keep returning to some of the same things. The salmon salad, the salmon club, and the brie and pear panini. All delicious. A nice cocktail menu is a plus for celebrating.  I also love the quiet atmosphere, outdoor dining option, small size, and very easy parking.

   Having heard so many good things about George's food, we were very excited to eat there for the first time. So when after an hour of sitting and waiting for a salad to show up, our enthusiasm waned. It turned out that there were only two wait staff, and ours was also doubling as the bartender. So we had to keep asking the nice woman who was bussing tables to get his attention for us. In fact, She and the hostess deserve the credit for ensuring we got our food, which was delicious. We left the "bus lady" a cash tip -- she earned it, and she couldn't have been kinder or more attentive. I understand that restaurants are understaffed and struggling to find help, but going out to dinner is a treat for us and it costs money. Suffice to say that, while the food was very good, the overall experience was disappointing.

   The neighborhood gem should be on your "must-go-to" list! The food is excellent; the service impeccable (especially for those with dietary restrictions); ambience is relaxed and welcoming.

   Our young server was charming and did her job very well. There is nothing quite as simple as boiling spaghetti . If the cook boils it too long, he or she is obligated to throw it out and start over. Instead the mush was served to me. Since there were time constraints for the people with me, I didn’t send it back. As for value, a $15 dish of spaghetti (or maybe it was $18 )and the $15 watered down drink are of zero value at all. I won’t come back.

   The hostess and the waitstaff were wonderful. We got our food promptly, and it was delicious. I ordered a pizza for my daughter to go, and she also loved it. I'll be back.

   We arrived on time and we were shown to our table immediately. Our food and wine were excellent as well as the service. We plan to return in the near future.

   Our waiter Shanky was excellent. He was very personable, made great recommendations. He even learned our names and used them later. Shared a bit about his own family. We were delighted . The food was great per usual. Sat outside and Chad delightful evening with our friends.
