   In all honesty, really disappointing. My wife had the duck noodles and for the first time in our 8 years together, she complained about the food to the manager. Her food tasted like it had been reheated in the microwave, in that some parts of the meal were hot, others cold. The amount of duck with the meal was definitely sub par in portion size and the flavour wasn’t great either. The manager handled the complaint really well, first offering a free dessert and when this was declined, he refunded the whole meal without hesitation. I had the cooked breakfast and it was average at best. The bacon was lovely and crispy but the sausage were overdone and the eggs had partially runny whites. The hash brown also looked like it had seen the fryer a few too many times, although I didn’t actually eat it. To top it off, soft drinks were £4…and even served from a sealed can, to really rub salt into the wound! I also heard others complaining about their food so this wasn’t an isolated case. There were so many great looking restaurants around Southbank that were gutted we wasted the calories and money on this choice. We wouldn’t return or recommend.

   The restaurant was really cold we mentioned this to waiter he said he would speak to the manager No action Sadly we had to our gloves on and hats then left swiftly Do not recommend Why have air con on when it’s 5 degrees outside Also holes in the floor under the table by the window let cold air blow upwards

   Although our food was good and the waiters were very friendly the temperature inside the restaurant was really cold. We and some others had to put our coats on to eat our food. We spoke to two of the serving staff if they could turn up the heating but they said they didn't have control of any heating. There was a heater by each of the 2 entrances and apparently that was it.

   Good food and server was friendly but the screen system used to order and pay is not great had to call the server over twice to sort it but at least he was friendly enough to help us and sort everything with our bill

   Booked a table for my son's birthday before we saw a show in the South Bank centre. greeted with a smile, ordered food with ease and I think you set the record for the speed of the food delivered! Food was delicious and I would def book again in the future.

   Good service to start quick however did not explain how ordering would work as screen on table and qr code stuck to table no explanation. Turned out they are taking orders the traditional non techy way which is superb. The food and drinks arrived promptly except the desert which did take longer than expected. We've been here for the third time and usually overall much quicker on this occasion was quite a bit slower. The double doors to keep out drafts is not used properly with one set left open in winter. the air con is too strong as well I avoided window seats because of the air con in the previous visit but this clearly is an issue anywhere in the restaurant. The food was well cooked, hot and tasty though the fries slightly overcooked.

   My wife is dairy intolerant, and our waitress went to great pains to dial up the QR code on her phone and take my wife through the options she had. This was a very pleasant change from a lot of restaurants where they are often very unhelpful.

    Busy restaurant but that was fine. We had made a booking. Staff were good. Food wasn’t great. Kids dishes were dine fish and chips - can’t go wrong but i ordered the vegan katsu curry. It looked and tasted as if a pub was trying to make asian food! Noodles were dry, not enough sauce and it tasted awful - barely any spring onion. The quorn/vegan fillets were over cooked and dry, noodles must have been pre-made and the curry was just not enough. For £16 it was shocking! What a shame!
