   Food is definitely overpriced. I had 2 crispy eggs that came with 4 slices of prosciutto and some pieces of raw kale. I would pay $10 for the dish which is the cost of the eggs.

   For a table with this many dishes on the menu, these very tiny two tops are woefully impractical. Every time a new dish came we were forced to send something away that we were still eating. The service was sublime, but the pacing given the size of the table was way too fast. We couldn't eat fast enough to keep up with the delivery - and again, these tables are way too small.

   Very accommodating. We changed from 2 to 4 people without a problem. Food was amazing. Some of the best pasta ever!

   We had a 5:30 resy and were seated in the front even though the back was empty. It was so cold that we had to eat with out coats on. When we asked for heat they slid a small portable heater to our feet. The half chicken was chewy and tasteless, the saffron pasta was so bitter and not edible. So disappointed after waiting for this opening.

   The chef needs to write a cookbook so I can try to replicate an ounce of that meal at home, can't wait to come back to try more.

   Food was generally good but the restaurant is not very accommodating for families or people with dietary restrictions. They do not accommodate adjustments to menu items (eg. Eggs cooked differently or remove garnish). They also only have 2 high chairs and you cannot reserve ahead of time.

   We loved dining at Gjelina and are so happy it is open again! Only small piece of feedback is the food came out super quick all at once, we ordered 5 dishes and they all came out at once and we would have preferred it to be paced! We can’t wait to come back and thank you for having us!

    Food is great - as good if not better than LA. Service doesn’t quite understand New York dining. It tries to be formal and proper and misses the mark on hospitality. We asked to switch to a table a few away due to a really cold draft. The hostess said no, which we were surprised by (nobody reserves a SPECIFIC table) but she said it was reserved. We let it slide. We ate our meal while freezing and the “reserved” table was still open when we left two hours later. The amazing wait and host staff in LA would have been appalled.
