Chef Miguel Rivera has been working in the restaurant industry for over 40 years. Subsequently, around 20 of those years have been spent cooking in the well known Italian restaurant IL Mulino NY, previously located inside of Caesars Palace in the forums shop.

Some amazing opportunities I've experienced include being a part of the Vegas UNCORK'D by Bon Appetit for five consecutive years. Previously, IL Mulino NY has been nominated for the titles of Top Ten Italian Restaurants in the country and Best Italian Restaurant in Las Vegas. Also, the American Academy has graciously awarded my cooking with the "Golden Plate Award". My goal for Gondola is to incorporate new flavors of Italian cuisine from the Las Vegas Strip to your local neighborhood. I look forward to honing my skills in the kitchen and expanding the restaurant to provide the community with more Italian novelties.

    A gem of an Italian restaurant, top notch in every way. Not pretentious but a white tablecloth experience. Food is always homemade and delicious and the service is attentive. Located in a small commercial strip mall in a quiet neighborhood, it’s worth checking out!

    Amazing food, freshest of ingredients. Service was prompt and attentive. Price was a little higher than expected, but worth the expense. Location was unassuming, and easy to get to in a strip mall with plenty of parking.

    Awful reception. Did not have our table. Ignored us for 15min. We had to find another restaurant Just awful!! Ruined our xmas eve!!!

    This was our first time at gondola and it was absolutely amazing. We went to celebrate my husband‘s 50th birthday. We plan on revisiting.

    A wonderful experience as always. This family owned restaurant has wonderful personalized service. The food is fabulous and delicious. The staff is great and this is our “go to” restaurant.

    This is my fourth visit here in less than a month. This has become my FAVORITE restaurant in all of Las Vegas. I hope that more of you take my recommendation and try this restaurant. The ambiance is nice and quiet, and everything tastes great, from their homemade rolls, to their soups, pastas, salads and entrees. Everything is made from scratch except the gelato. The owners work tirelessly to make this a true wonderful dining experience. We are even going to go there on Christmas with the family!

    The catch of the day, Chilean sea bass was fresh & moist over a generous bed of baked beans. Clams & Linguine & sauce, a very generous portion was excellent. Will definitely repeat next time. The arugula salad was overdressed with dressing. the greens were fresh & will ask next time to serve undressed with dressing on the side. Excellent attentive service.

    This was our first time eating here and we both agree it was one of the best experiences we have had. The meal was absolutely amazing and the service was great!! We will definitely be returning to try more off of their menu! The desserts were to die for and made the perfect ending to a wonderful and relaxing meal.
