Great food. Poor, very poor service. It took us 10 minutes to receive the food and beverage menu to start with. Food took more than 30 minutes to arrive.

First, I have to say the service was impeccable…Abdul and Khalid were awesome…from advice on the menu and nearby activities, to taking photos of our group…as a tourist Gordon Ramsay is a familiar brand, and it didn’t disappoint…while we all enjoyed our meals, pork chop, steaks, fish and ribs…the fries were the bomb!!! Went years ago when it was Maze and this is just as awesome!!!!

As a returning customer, I expected more. The food was excellent the Beef Wellington and Lobster Roll were both top-notch. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Champagne took over 15 minutes to arrive, and we could see our glasses sitting unattended at the bar. When we asked what kind of nuts were in the Harissa Nuts, the response was simply “nuts.” After our meal, we waited over 20 minutes without any attention, and a single espresso order came as a double. The service didn’t match the quality of the food or the 15% service charge. Definitely not up to the Gordon Ramsay standard.

The restaurant is one of my favorite and I always make a reservation before arriving in England. But one thing always disturbs me about going there is the general attitude of the staff. Some are extremely friendly and some extremely unfriendly.

The steak tartare is tiny for £17. No fries with that either. Wouldn’t order this again. The set menu is good value but it actually cost more than what I booked. 2 courses for £20 on Opentable. 2 courses for £22 at restaurant. Not good. Don’t know whose fault is this?

Amazing! The area is lovely and this location was very posh yet relaxed at the same time. We were greeted right away and sat at a lovely corner table. I ordered a Mojito that was very yummy, but snuck up on me very quickly. We had the beef wellington for 2 and it was really enough for 3 or 4. We sadly couldn't finish it. It was delicious and cooked to perfection! It was our anniversary so the waiter surprised us with a cute desert that was small but rich. We enjoyed ourselves immensely!!!

Overall a good experience. I had wanted to order the beef Wellington but when I saw how huge it was, it was way more than we could have eaten. I wish they offered a petite portion. I got the lobster roll instead. I would have liked more lobster and less roll, but it was delicious.

Khalid, our server, went above and beyond to ensure that we had an amazing first experience at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. I went with my mom for a joint celebration and he was so kind to give in to our multiple requests for photos, even taking initiative to take a video when he served the wellington and the birthday brownie surprise. He constantly checked in to see if all was well and was a great conversationalist each time so we felt at home. After he heard that my mom is flying back home tomorrow, he came back with a signed menu by the chefs for her to bring as a souvenir. Thank you, Khalid! Overall, we enjoyed the food and experience so much!We would love to be back for the next special occasion.
