   Disappointing for a Gordon Ramsey restaurant. Arrived on a Sunday afternoon during a seemingly slow time.,Seated without any server coming over for at least 15 minutes. Then we had to ask a random staff member if we could order after 45 minutes- she said she’d tell our server but then came back and said she’d be our server. The food took another 30 minutes to arrive. They did give us free fries but it didn’t make up for terrible service. Given Ramsay’s reputation for stellar food and service this place needs some of his attention asap. We almost got up and went somewhere else but really wanted to try his burgers - overall the place is not worth the hype.

   Great food and great service! Had the “Burger of the Month” which was a Juicy Lucy - super yummy! The truffle fries were crisp and delicious- great experience overall. We will be back.

   The food was fantastic and the service even better. Derek was awesome. Very welcoming and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back.

   It’s what you expect from a Gordon Ramsey Restaurant. Simple menu but flavor is great. Service was great as well. Got there on a busy weekend so they’re out of the hotdog so that was a bummer. Also the bacon could have been crispier tho. Overall a good experience.

   The beef was over worked, over cooked, and over salted. Maybe it was just that visit, but is it worth the price to try again. The concept is confusing too, throw back dinner vibes invites with nostalgic enticement, the juxtaposition sinks in when you see the complex burger fixings with the price points leading to a recalibration of expectation’s. Not particularly busy at the time, though front of the house service was lacking, akin to a busy burger diner I suppose. The back of the house was not observed directly, but turnaround on mid-rare and one bite of my overly salted and cooked burger proved that they too lacked the heart and/or energy to turn out a classic. High expectations with the name attached, but poor delivery and lack luster effort did not live up to the perceived standard. Give it a shot, I am a sucker and may just walk in there again one day.

    For a college aged couple. One of them working and the other in school. It’s a good. Worth it. Definitely would not get an appetizer to start. The main dish and the desert will hit the spot. Unless you’re a big boy and like eating. Otherwise 7.5/10 all for the food and the points off is service and only having an hour at our table.
