   Way overpriced for the quality. Sub par drinks and average food for 5 star prices. Our server, Heather, was the only bright spot of the experience.

   The service was slow. We waited really long time to see a waiter, a really long time for the food and a really long time for the check. Burgers were ok. But the milkshakes were great

   Service was good and no complaints there. She was great! But the food was very disappointing compared to the other Gordon Ramsay restaurants and the other Gordon Ramsay burger in Planet Hollywood is very good. But this location, the Wagyu beef patty did not make a difference, the sticky toffee waffle was really disappointing - it did not have the texture of sticky toffee and was much sweeter than the other variations of sticky toffee desserts at the other restaurants. It was also disappointing that the sticky toffee milkshake can’t be made virgin with no change to the price.

   Massively disappointed at the food here. Felt like a rip off meal because the quality of the food is so bad. The only reason it got the one star is because it's the lowest I can give it but it was also because our servers were so nice. The burger had flavor but for a $27 burger I expect my meat patties to at least be warm. It was cold and dry. I was hoping to get a hot juicy burger but I guess my expectation was too high. I upgraded my fries to onion rings for $5 and it was the most disgusting onion rings I have ever had. It was in some kind of funnel cake batter. The batter was greasy and chewy and of course it was served cold. I wanted to ask our server to take off the onion rings but didn't want to inconvenience them because then have been so nice.

   Arrived and saw a line so I made a reservation. After a short wait I was seated. Had the idiot Burger which was perfect. Crisp and tasty fries. Strawberry cheesecake shake was wonderful as was my lemonade. Great service. Loved the atmosphere.

   Es un restaurante casual, relajado, bien atendido y bueno en cuanto a sus hamburguesas no son espectaculares, pero son sabrosas vale la pena probarlas.

   Tracy our server was fantastic. She was attentive and funny. The street corn dip was fine but it was more like a cream style corn than a true street corn taste. The burgers were good. Flavorful and juicy and cooled perfectly. The buns seemed a bit dry and while fresh they fell apart. Fries were good. The toffee waffles were likewise dry amd hard, had we not had the toffee sauce it would have been almost to hard to eat. Overall decent.
